*The Heartbeat of Seagrove's private pool can be heated upon request between Oct 1 - May 15th for $50 a day. If heating of the pool is desired please notify us forty-eight (48) hours in advanced as to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature. The pool will be heated to a maximum of 80 degrees. This cannot be changed and may be less in very cold weather. Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can led to the pool. This home is equipped with this state required alarm.

6-Seater Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.

Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in The Heartbeat of Seagrove at Sugarwood on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in The Heartbeat of Seagrove. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Rates, fees, availability and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice. Promotions may change, be cancelled and dates may be blacked out at BeachWalk's sole discretion and without notice.

Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.
