The Elizabeth White House is the perfect multi-family vacation home, with 2,8972sf of indoor living, 1,600sq of expansive Gulf view balconies, 50' from 30A with beach access directly across, and a 3-minute walk into Seaside. With 4 bedrooms/4 full baths/1 half bath, the Elizabeth White House will sleep up to 10 guests and offers 2 living areas, recently renovated bathrooms and kitchen, a private, 12' x 24' heated pool (heating fee applies) and lots of spread-out room. On-street parking is not allowed; please note parking spaces below and plan accordingly.

Please NOTE - if you wish to add pool heating to your stay, the additional fee is $60 per night + tax and must be arranged directly with Grayt 30A Vacations no later than 7-nights/1 week prior to arrival. It is not recommended to heat the pool in colder weather, as heaters will not be able to heat to the desired setting as ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees.
