Overview: Redecorated and renovated, East of the Sun is a beautiful and large home situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico right next to Seaside. This gulf front rental home is the closest to Seaside of all available rental homes in Seagrove. In its 6-bedroom configuration, the home sleeps 16 people. The living / dining / kitchen area has fabulous gulf views, and as the entire home is located on one level, it provides convenience for any age group and is perfect for entertaining. The gazebo is situated high up on the dune overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. It has a covered section to enjoy if it happens to be raining. The entire beach side deck is outfitted with 2 swinging beds, outdoor dining table with six chairs, four loungers, numerous other chairs and the private beach steps to our sugar white sandy beaches. Elaborate decking and gardens surround home. Enjoy our shell garden art project which we continually update as we find more shells.

Common Areas: Large combination living room / dining room / gourmet kitchen, all with fabulous gulf views. Two seating areas include large sectional sofa, 4 swivel rocker side chairs, ottoman, coffee table and decorative fireplace. Relaxing swinging bed in living area. Large 65” LED SmarTV, Sonos Sound Bar plus Blu-ray in the living room. Gourmet kitchen with Jenn-aire gas range, granite countertops, side-by-side fridge with door ice/water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, and separate vegetable prep sink. Separate wet bar has dedicated ice machine and beverage fridge. The dining area seats up to 12 at the main table plus 6 more barstools at two different breakfast bars.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
• Huge king master suite complete with armoire, chest of drawers, sofa with lounger section, bedside tables with lamps, ceiling fans and LCD TV and blu-ray. Renovated private bath has Jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower and long vanity countertop with two sinks.
• Second king bedroom has ceiling fan, built-in desk with desk chair, 2 bedside tables with 2 lamps, SmarTV, chest of drawers, and attached private bath with tub / shower and vanity sink.
• Third king bedroom has ceiling fan, built-in desk with desk chair, 2 bedside tables with 2 lamps, SmarTV, chest of drawers, and attached private bath with tub / shower and vanity sink. (Both king bathrooms have doors to a shared outside shower.)
• Fourth king bedroom has ceiling fan, LCD TV and blu-ray, two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and attached private bathroom with vanity sink and walk-in shower. The laundry room is in this bedroom.
• The queen/queen built-in bunk bedroom has a clothes rack, chest of drawers, LCD TV, Blu-ray, built-in wall reading lamps and attached private bath with vintage tiled shower – there is also a door to another outside shower from this bathroom.
• Bunk bedroom has a queen platform bed and a twin / twin bunk, LCD TV, Blu-ray, chest of drawers, shelves and beautifully tiled private bathroom with vanity sink and tub / shower.

Extras Inside: Elegant entry hall with extensive artwork and owner’s family memorabilia plus some extensive Seagrove history. Office desk / work area. Home equipped with wireless internet - all TVs are either SmarTVs or have wifi enabled Blu-rays attached. Laundry room with stacked super capacity washer / dryer (off the fourth king bedroom). Vaulted ceilings and exposed beams in all rooms. Tiled floors through out.

Extras Outside: Two hot / cold outdoor showers – with privacy stalls. Weber Gas BBQ grill on a natural gas line meaning you never run out of gas. Parking for 4 cars in driveway. Property is completely surrounded with privacy fence. Private steps to the public beach. Seagrove Beach is public from our house to the east, so there is plenty of room to spread out.

Included amenities: 8 beach chairs, 4 giant umbrellas, beach towels, cooler and an assortment of beach toys.

Beach Gear Program: We provide $40 / day of beach gear credit that you can use towards bikes, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards and more! (Minimum stay 3 nights and maximum credit of $280.)

We have a $100 cancellation fee for any cancellation outside 90 days. Inside 90 days, there is no cancellation unless we can re-rent the property.
