Spacious floor plan with a large living area flowing into a dining area and full kitchen - all with incredible Panoramic Gulf Views! All new luxury bedding with sleeping for 13 in four bedrooms, including 3 king suites.

This home is located in a quiet Seagrove neighborhood with a spacious beach front location. Avoid the crowds while still being close to shopping and dining on 30A! Kokomo is a quick 4 minute drive to Old Florida Fish House, Buddy's Fish Market, and Coastal Dune Co.

Perfect property for two families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in the most perfect location for our families. We have two children and traveled with another family with two children. The layout of the home was wonderful for us, sort of the upstairs is split into two separate sides (one staircase per side) - we loved being right on the beach and enjoyed all the beach toys that the house had to offer. Communication was clear and precise from the property management company. During our stay, we had multiple people ask us about the property and how to go about renting it. Kokomo is Highly recommended from our hello

Nice House

This house is very nice. Beautiful views, updated decor, lots of room, kitchen is well stocked with bakeware, etc. great parking. We went the week of Memorial Day. This beach was very crowded and congested. Although we got 3 umbrellas and 6 chairs, we were packed in like sardines with lots of other umbrellas. Also, nowhere in the description did it tell us you were not allowed to use canopies or tents. We probably will not be going back to this area.
