Come enjoy this stunning home, nestled along the tree lined streets of Old Seagrove. You are only 2 blocks to over 3000' of public beach! That's the longest stretch of public beach on 30A! No beach headaches, just good old-fashioned beach time. Enjoy many restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. Seaside is just a few blocks to the west, and you can easily explore Seaside on one of our complimentary bicycles at the house. Seagrove Magnolia offers 3 living rooms, 2 kitchens, a private pool, 2 car garage and parking for 6 vehicles, 4 bedrooms + Bunk Room, and 4 full baths and 2 half baths.

Thoughtfully constructed with guests in mind, this beautiful home offers three separate living rooms, two kitchens, Smart TVs in every bedroom, a private pool, and everything you could possibly need to enjoy the beach! Oversized bedrooms, luxury mattresses, huge closets with A/C vents (perfect for little ones in a pack n play), and porches on every floor. We are quite sure this stunning home will leave you wanting to return year after year.

The first floor offers a lockable mother-in law suite, complete with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom with double vanity, washer and dryer, and a large bedroom with a king size bed. There is also a half bath on the first floor, which offers easy access when enjoying the pool. You can also access the 2 car garage here, where you can park your vehicles in the shade or stow away all of your wagons and strollers for the week.

The second floor offers a large open living space with a large sectional, additional side chairs, a large dining table and pantry, the main kitchen, laundry room, ice maker, primary suite, and a half bath. The chef’s kitchen offers a 48” range, featuring double ovens, 6 burners, and a griddle for morning pancakes. A 48” refrigerator and freezer provide ample space to stow away all of your groceries for your entire group. The kitchen offers everything you could possibly need: pitchers, cookware, blender, serving plates and bowls, coffee pot and Keurig, cake pans, baking sheets, and more. Enjoy dinner around the large dining table, or you can dine al fresco on the dining porch. The laundry room overs a full size washer and dryer as well as a Hoshizaki ice maker. The attached primary suite offers an oversized bedroom with a king size bed, access to a porch overlooking the pool, and a large bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, and a huge walk-in closet.

The third floor offers a third living room with a plush slipcovered sofa and two arm chairs. You will also find the second primary suite, identical in size to the second-floor suite, a 4th bedroom, and the bunk room, as well as two porches. The secondary suite offers another oversized bedroom with king size bed and a large walk-in closet and bathroom with dual vanities and a large walk in shower. The 4th bedroom is a little smaller but still offers a nice sized walk-in closet and a king size bed. This bedroom shares a hall bath with the bunk room, complete with a tub/shower combo; so the little kids still have access to a bath tub. The bunk room offers 4 XL twin beds and a sliding barn door for darkness and privacy. There is also another nice sized table and chairs here, perfect for game nights for the kids.

Up in the tower you will find a high-top table with peek-a-boo views of the Gulf. This is a great spot to work from if you need to squeeze in some laptop time while you are on vacation. You can enjoy use of our complimentary printer, located on the second floor, and you can print wirelessly. You will also find two rooftop decks in the tower. One deck offers two Adirondack chairs, perfect for lounging in the sun with a good breeze above the trees. The other deck offers a high-top table, which is a great spot to enjoy evening drinks while watching the sunset over the trees and the Gulf.

Not to be missed, you will have exclusive access to the private pool in the backyard, which offers both sunny and shady options for relaxing. The pool can optionally be heated during cooler months as well. In the back yard you will find the grill, which is permanently plumbed into natural gas, and you can grill without any worries of running out of propane!

In the garage you will find two wagons, tons of beach toys, folding backpack beach chairs, several umbrellas, and several coolers. You can pile all of your gear into one wagon and throw the kiddos into the other, making an easy walk to the beach – just two blocks away. You will also find 6 adult bicycles in the yard for your use during your stay.

Lastly, you will enjoy the expansive parking options that Seagrove Magnolia offers! The driveway can hold two cars, the garage can hold an additional two cars, and the circle drive out front can accommodate an additional two vehicles for a total of 6 off-street parking spaces. If you would like to rent a golf cart here, we don’t think you will find that you need one, but you can rent one and charge it in the rear driveway.

TRAVELING WITH BABIES OR YOUNG KIDS?
This home comes with a complimentary pack n play, a large container of stackable oversized plastic blocks, ample buckets and beach toys, and baby gates. You will also find board games and books tucked away in the TV consoles on the 2nd and 3rd floor.

DISTANCE TO SEASIDE FL from Seaside Magnolia for events, shopping, restaurants:
5 tenths of a mile you enter the town and 7 tenths of a mile to Central Square of town which is 4 to 5 min walk and quicker 2 min on a bike!!

Seaside offers Friday Movie Nights, Wednesday Concerts in season, a nearby Seaside Playground just down Forest Street from the home, entertainment, restaurants and shopping!!

DISTANCE FROM RESTAURANTS IN OLD SEAGROVE from Seaside Magnolia:
2 tenths of a mile or 350 yards to Seagrove Market Cafe, home of deep fried love (seafood) and Surfing Deer Bar and restaurant.
8 tenths of a mile to Pizza by the Sea. Most everything can be accessed by walking alone in 1 to 5 min.

General Location: In Old Seagrove Beach, west of Hwy 395 before it dead ends into Scenic Hwy 30a ....aka PARADISE, so avoid traffic jams that are well known on the east side of 395!! Old Seagrove, Seaside, and Watercolor are west of 395.
Quick access to Publix Grocery .8 mile away on 395 north and 2.9 miles to Hwy 98 via 395 to access what you need quickly and avoid traffic.
