Grand Timber Lodge studio residences feature a queen bed, a comfortable sleeper sofa, and one full bathroom, allowing up to four guests. Complete with 2 covered parking spaces, you won't have to worry about a thing when visiting. Located right up on the mountain, this ski-in-ski-out property grants you easy access to the Snowflake lift and Peak 9.

This is a ski in ski out time share with everything you expect from a 5 star resort. Ski lockers, concierge service, activities team members, and a beautiful view of the ski area mean this is your one stop shop for all things Colorado Ski Vacation. The main building offers billiards, board games, movie rentals, and other fun activities. A fully stocked market is available for those late night munchies or midday cravings. Down near the pools, there is a fun arcade for the kids and a movie theater for the adults (or kids)!

There is a full service spa on site (of course you have to pay for the spa services). Additionally, check out the newly renovated Stinky Boot Saloon. They have tons of fun over-sized games, great drink specials, and room service available. The amenities listed below come with unit and you have full access to,

- Multiple steam rooms, and dry saunas (by reservation)

- Multiple pools (indoor and outdoor)

- Multiple indoor / outdoor hot tubs (by reservation)

As part of your package you also get 2 spots in the heated covered parking lot. Now, if you have visited ski resorts often, you can appreciate the cover parking and the fact that you do not have to move your luggage and skis in a blizzard from your car to your room. You also will not have to spend hours clearing snow from your car before driving.

Grand Timber Lodge provides a private (not the public bus system that takes forever to come) shuttle service between all 4 resorts, and the bases of peak 7, 8, and 9. The shuttle service also takes you to downtown Breckenridge if you don't feel like driving and looking for parking spots.
