This traditional Touraine house welcomes you in an authentic and green setting. The renovation and unique decoration of this family house give it a lot of character and warmth. The private and fully enclosed garden will delight young and old. Exposed south, you will enjoy the sun on the terrace in all seasons.
This cottage can accommodate 10 people. The ground floor (kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom and bathroom) is adapted and accessible to all types of disabilities (motor, auditory, visual, mental).
At the heart of Touraine, the village of Dierre is ideally located to visit the castles of the Loire, gardens, amusement parks, zoos or wineries, to fly over the region by plane, helicopter or balloon, to make walking or cycling through the vineyards, the forest of Amboise or the banks of the Cher, or canoeing on the Cher.

In front of the house, the 24 m² terrace is equipped with a large table, chairs and parasol.
The outdoor lounge under awning will allow you to shelter from the rain or the sun. It is furnished with table, chairs and bench.
The garden of 1000 m², you can play a game of petanque (landscaped) or table tennis, relax in the deckchairs or play with your children.
You can park your cars on a private parking lot in the street or in the garden.
The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi and a 40-inch flat-screen TV.
Baby equipment available on request: 60x120 bed with fitted sheet, high chair, changing mat, baby bath seat.
Equipment for a dog available on request: basket wicker, blanket, bowls.
