About this property

The Weber Farm - Enjoy a beautiful 100 acre farm!

Enjoy a 125+ year old country home with large yard and beautiful shade trees located on a 100-acre farm in the rolling hills of SE Missouri. The house is very clean and spacious with 4 large bedrooms (Room for 10-12 people), 7 comfortable beds, beautiful hardwood floors and a large living room. We have hand-made quilts and antique furniture throughout. The kitchen is fully furnished. Relax on our 40’ front porch with swing, by the fire pit or in a hammock. A perfect place for you to recharge from stress & busy schedules!

Roam the 100-acre farm with a picturesque red barn near the house. Relax on the porch swing of our 40-foot-long front porch. Enjoy awesome sun sets from the porch, warming by the stone fire pit (firewood provided), star gazing under the amazing night sky or walking the nature trail around the farm and woods. You will love the 1.5 mile nature walk along fields, wild berries and woods where you may see deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, birds, eagles and other wildlife.

Relax in the hammock, play yard games (Volleyball, Badminton, Bags/Corn Hole, Washers, Kan Jam Frisbee, etc) under the shade trees or cards/games in the farmhouse. Enjoy grilling on our outdoor Weber grill. Check out our unique display of antique farm machinery and tools that are 100 years old.

We are located just 10 minutes from several small picturesque towns (Altenburg & Frohna) that have family owned restaurants, a micro-brewery and winery. Enjoy the local craft beers, wine, good food and great hospitality! Check out the very interesting German Heritage Museums (Lutheran Heritage Center and Museum and Saxon Lutheran Memorial)! Many weekends are filled with local festivals and picnics.

We are minutes away from the Mississippi River Wine Trail which includes 3 unique local wineries (Hemman’s Winery, Apple Creek Winery and the Barren’s Winery). See our picture gallery for more details and schedule of local events.

We are also only 20 minutes from Perryville which has several awesome attractions and nice restaurants: 1. The National Veteran’s Memorial: This is an exact, full scale replica (including the soldiers names) of the Vietnam Wall in Washington D.C. This awe-inspiring full-scale Wall offers veterans, civilians and those currently serving, a place to reflect on the sacrifices of all service men and women in the quiet, peaceful setting – at no cost. People from all over the U.S. visit this memorial site to avoid the difficult travel to the busy Washington D.C. site.
2. The American Tractor Museum: An amazing museum which has a very large collection of unique antique tractors and children's tractors that will delight young and old.
3. The National Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal: Former monastery with beautiful architecture and grounds with guided tours. You will experience a beautiful church with incredible ceiling artwork & stained glass windows and surrounding grounds that include the Rosary Walk and a Grotto that are incredibly beautiful and peaceful!

The St. Louis Iron Mountain Railway is located 30 minutes away in Jackson Missouri. This entertainment short line excursion railway offers fun and unique adventures.

Ste. Genevieve is only 45 minutes away and offers rich history, food and numerous wineries. It is Missouri's oldest town, filled with historic attractions, shopping, art galleries, acclaimed dining, live music and wine and cocktails.

We would love for you to come stay with us and build lasting family memories in a peaceful country setting! It is a perfect place for your family vacation, couple’s weekend or a quiet get-a-way! You will not be disappointed!

Earl & Diane Weber and Gene & Emily Weber own and maintain the farm which has been in the Weber Family for 125+ years. The Weber Family has been very blessed since 1892 when our Grandfather came to America from Germany. We donate 10% of our annual revenues to missions. In 2022 we are supporting the Trinity Hope Haitian Feeding Program. This organization provides meals and hope for Haitian children who live in the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. We were blessed to be able to provide 5,140 meals in 2020 through our donations! In 2021, we supported the African Vision of Hope ministry. They provide schools, books, food, clothes and Christian education to children and families living in extreme poverty in Zambia.

Earl & Diane both served in the Military, so we really appreciate veterans! We also appreciate everything the Healthcare professionals are doing during the 2020 Pandemic. We would like to offer a free meal & drink at a local eatery to any veteran families and Healthcare workers that stay at our Farm. Thank you so much for your service!

Earl & Diane live in their own home on the Weber farm near the farmhouse.

Quiet and secluded
We rented the farm in order to have some seclusion in the middle of the path of totality for the eclipse. It was absolutely perfect. We had great communication before and after with jean. They were incredibly hospitable. The house itself is beautiful and. Correct. They make so many accommodations for families including a massive outdoor chest full of every game you could ever want to play as well as a closet inside full of puzzles and games during the evenings or inclement weather. I could not rate this property any highly enough

Beautiful farm
If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is it! Beautiful property, quiet and a gorgeous sunset! We spent time at the fire pit, which the owners Earl and Diane so graciously started for us. They were super nice people, even offered s’mores to us! They lived across the gravel road, along with their sweet dog who hung out with us. They were there for any needs but absolutely not jntrusjve. The house was homey and had plenty of beds! Just bring what you need, it’s a little far out to make a quick run to the store. It is indeed gods country. Perfect escape for a girls night! Thank you Weber’s for a very memorable stay!

Peaceful Stay
Great place for a weekend getaway to get away from all the noise. House is very clean, and has everything you'd need along with a lot of interesting history behind it. We loved relaxing on the property enjoying the peacefulness of being on a farm. Their dog Aussie was a joy to be around. Wish we could have stayed longer, but will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Home Away From Home With a Twist
We absolutely loved our time at the Weber Farm! We had all the comforts of home plus the added adventure of being on a peaceful farm! Be prepared to put some dirt on your car, as you adventure out to the farm on gravel roads. Once you are there, you will be awed at the beauty of this farm with the 125 year old farmhouse that has been in the Weber family for generations! The home itself is so well kept and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay (just make sure you have enough clothes as there is no washer/dryer). We slept so well, enjoyed cooking meals 'at home', feeding the chickens, collecting the eggs, exploring the farm, loving on the Australian Shepherd, Aussie, and hanging out with Earl and Diane. They are such wonderful people! Our kids were so sad to leave! When we didn't dine in, we enjoyed eating at the local Mexican restaurant, as well as the Saxony Hills Brewery. We have fond memories of catching fireflies and star gazing, as well as mulberry picking. This will be a place we need to return to in the future!

Pleasant but too short stay.
Very clean old farmhouse, with plenty of room. Peaceful setting less than 10 minutes off Interstate 55. Did not have time to walk on nature trail on property.
