This house comprises on the ground floor :
- A fully equipped kitchen

- A room with 140 cm double bed overlooking the garden
- A bathroom with shower; separate toilet.

On the 1st floor:
- A room with 140 cm double bed and an extra single bed
- A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a sofa bed
- Beautiful landscaped garden surrounding the property
- Access to the garage.

Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric oven, toaster, induction hob, televisions, TNT decoder, washing machine, garden furniture, PARASOLand barbecue, table and iron, hair dryer.

To be noted :
- Electricity is extra on meter reading according to the edf tariff in force between 1 January and 04 May and between 19 October and 31 December
- Bed linen and bathroom linen not provided - Possibility of rental :
16 €/set of sheets or 19 €/set of duvets; Bathroom linen kit (2 towels, 2 bath sheets, 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat) : 20 €, or possibility per unit
- Departure cleaning to be done by the tenant or possibility to book a cleaning package : 120 €

Air et mer vacances, Fort Bloqué, nous a très bien reçu. Nous relevons la disponibilité, l’amabilité et l’efficacité de M. Mathieu, tant à l’accueil, pendant notre séjour et à notre départ.Ploemeur est une station très agréable, à dimensions humaines. Elle est bien située, à proximité de nombreuses activités. L’amabilité et l’accueil des bretons sont à relever. Nous avons très souvent été accueillis avec le sourire. La région est magnifique.

Merveilleuse ambiance de séjour confortable. La maison et ses aménagements étaient conformes aux descriptions faites. La générosité des propriétaires est très réconfortante et très appréciée. Vacances de rêve

Maison très propre et entretenue, se trouvant dans un quartier très calme! Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Commerces à cinq minutes à pied. 10 minutes pour aller au centre-ville. Les voisins sont très gentils aussi. Pour les coureurs: cinq minutes en voiture pour aller à l‘Etang du Ter.
