The apartment also features a full kitchen for all your cooking needs and comfortable living space to relax and unwind.

The entire second floor apartment is all yours, including a sweet little balcony at the front of the house! If you desire, the fenced in backyard, patio and grill are also available for your enjoyment, with access through the back stairway in your kitchen.

Wonderful stay in New Haven!

We really enjoyed our stay at Erica's apartment! The space is airy and very spacious, the full kitchen was wonderful for making meals and snacks, everything was clean and comfy! Lots of windows, green spaces outside, and a fun and safe neighborhood. We had a busy weekend with lots of going in-and-out, so the simple code entry was a big plus to make that easy and quick. Erika was super-responsive and very helpful with every question or request. Would definitely stay again!
