PLEASE NOTE: This is a long term (30 days+) rental only. The home comes completely unfurnished, without linens, dishes, etc.

Our home is located just a few blocks from it all - with downtown Boulder on one side and the University of Colorado on the other. We are also a great launching point for getting outdoors - hiking, skiing, scenic drives we are close to it all. Whether you are traveling to Boulder for business, fun, or both, this is the spot for you!

Great location in a beautiful house

My wife and I stayed here for five nights. The house is very comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. Probably more space than two people need but the location is unbeatable—it’s perfect. It’s walking distance from Pearl St walking mall, a nice grocery store, the Boulder Creek Trail and two trail heads for really nice hikes. Plus, you’re in Boulder! Jessica and Ben were easy and nice to work with. Highly recommend.!

Lower Arapaho House

We were a party of 5 so very happy to get an updated home so close to downtown (walked to Pearl St Mall several times). Very airy and bright (vaulted ceilings), 3-bedrooms, awesome gas fireplace---couldn't ask for more!

We have lived in Boulder since 2005 and lived in this home from 2009 - 2020. We moved to Colorado from the Washington, D.C. area. We love living here in Colorado where we can hike, ski and see lots of live music.

Why they chose this property

Our home is in the perfect Boulder location! You can walk most anywhere -- 10 mins to downtown Pearl Street or 10 mins to viewpoint hiking trail. We are in the heart of it all without the craziness of living downtown.

What makes this property unique

Our home has an open floor plan, lots of light and 3 bathrooms. This makes the house comfortable, even with a large group!
