About this property

Pretty house on the wild coast where you will find peace and tranquility

Ideally situated 200m from the wild coast of the island, our family home, comfortable and bright home in any season. Surrounded by a large garden, nature is omnipresent. You will find the small natural cove ST Nicolas 500m or it is good swimming and ideal for fishing and collecting shells. The many red or white sand beaches are a few rounds of bicycle pedals. From the home
 hiking trails will lead you along the coastline.
On the ground floor a large living room with lounge, dining room, kitchen overlooking the garden. A hearth. A bathroom with shower and double vanity basins. Hair dryer. A separate toilet. A small veranda overlooking the garden.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing. Games for children
A Upstairs a bedroom with a bed 140x190 a cot at disposal. One bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and another with 2 separate non 90x140 beds.
Garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue are at your disposal

- For rentals of less than one week sheets and duvet covers will not be provided and you will be charged an additional 18 € per bed.

Beautiful Ile de Groix

Very enjoyable place to visit Bretagne and to spend some days discovering all different kinds of landscape, beaches food and weather.The house is beautiful, located quietly outside the little town and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Housowners and houskeepers are friendly and easy to deal with. Thank you for this perfect vacation!!

Joli séjour

Super séjour dans cette location, conforme aux attentes avec un jardin très agréable.Il est bien équipé et on peut rejoindre tous les lieux désires facilement à vélos aux 4 coins de l'île.Nous avons eu un contact assez rude avec la personne qui gère la maison mais les choses se sont vite améliorées en rediscutant avec la propriétaire. On recommande !

Schöne Umgebung

Die Töpfe und Pfannen aus dem Küchenschrank waren teilweise verschmutzt, Pfannen waren nicht zu benutzen. Schwamm und Lappen zerfetzt. Vorsicht, die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist mehr eine Leiter. Der Küchenschrank war vollgestopft mit unbrauchbaren Geräten. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist sehr schön.

Accueil "pourri" sur une ile pleine de poésie.

Après 8 heures de trajet en voiture et la traversée, nous sommes arrivés plein d'enthousiasme pour notre séjour de vacances. Mais hélas l'accueil "pourri" par la personne en charge de la location, très énervée, impolie, voire grossière a été de l'ordre de la douche froide. Inacceptable et tellement inattendu. Il conviendrait que la propriétaire de cette petite maison trouve la bonne personne pour gérer sa location. Cependant notre forte résilience nous a permis d'évacuer ce moment agressif et "violent" Heureusement la gentillesse des gens de Groix nous a permis de vivre une semaine sympathique. Nous avons parcouru les sentiers côtiers, découvert des villages charmants aux jardins fleuris, des plages superbes, nous nous sommes même baignés ! Notre retour au port s'est déroulé à la perfection avec un taxi de Groix, piloté par une native de l'île, Emilie, très chaleureuse, que je vous recommande.

Bonjour, vous me voyez bien désolée. Je suis très surprise car il n'y a jamais de problème avec cette personne. Elle est pourtant aller gentiment vous chercher a votre arrivée au bateau tard le soir, a votre demande .chose qui n'est pas dans ses attributions....Peut être étiez vous fatigué de votre voyage et un peu a cran car votre expression me parait très excessive. En tout cas je m'excuse pour ce contre temps et j'espère que cela n'a pas gâché votre sejour.

Excellent séjour sur une île magnifique

Gîte situé dans le petit village de Quéhello, à quelques minutes de Port St Nicolas, du côté de la partie la plus sauvage de l'île. Calme, accessible en vélo sans difficulté, a écrit un jardin et une terrasse à l'abri du vent. Très bien ! L'île est splendide !

Belle endroit mais quelques bémols

La location est idéalement située sur cette très belle île de Groix. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter du logement un peu plus tard que prévu le jour de notre départ ce qui est très appréciable. Cependant le logement n’était pas propre du tout à notre arrivée…avec un accueil très froid de la part de la personne qui gère le bien sur l’île ! Pas de réponse de la propriétaire suite à notre mécontentement sur le nettoyage… Dommage…

Ferien auf Groix

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub auf der wunderschönen Insel. Das Haus liegt direkt an der traumhaften Küste, sodass wir jeden Abend noch einen Spaziergang gemacht haben. Die Abstimmung mit Fatima vor Ort hat sehr gut geklappt, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!
