"Old Floridian" beach cottage super close to beautiful Gulf beaches. Two bedroom, two bathroom house on quiet dead end street on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach, located an easy 5 minute walk to public beach access. House has been completely remodeled -- all new floors, paint, fixtures, tile, walk in shower, etc. Super safe residential area, fenced back yard with large pavered patio for entertaining. All linens, beach supplies provided. Must be at least 25 years of age to book; NO EXCEPTIONS.

Peaceful near the beach

We had a wonderful time. Was in town for a baseball tournament. The property was exactly what we wanted. A quiet getaway from the strip when we wanted some downtime, but close enough to everything. Only a couple min walk to the beach. The house was very nice. Much bigger than the pictures suggest. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful

We just spent two months at this property and loved it. The owner is very friendly, always available, and very helpful. The house is comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The beds are so comfy! I want to take the master king bed home. There is a cute breakfast nook looking out on the backyard. The backyard is my favorite part. There is a private courtyard with a large propane grill, table for six extra chairs and a swing where we spent most of our time. There are tons of beach toys, chairs and even a cart to push if you need to. The cornhole game was fun too. I highly recommend this property.

I have an excellent rental history with VRBO and pride myself on good customer service and a satisfactory experience for renters. I love this new property because of its very close proximity to the beach, its mature vegetation, and many special architectural features that give it a quaint and comfortable "Old Florida" feel.
