Cute, cozy, and clean. Within 2 blocks to beach access. Less than 10 min drive to pier park for food and shopping. Florida could have been a little warmer for us Ohioans. Perfect getaway!

This house is really cute. It was clean, nicely decorated, and has a beautiful pool. The only problem we had was the tv in the upstairs room didn’t work and the light and fan didn’t work because there was no remote to turn it on. But overall I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this house for anyone looking. It was a short walk to the beach and it wasn’t too far from the stores/excursions that we visited. The host was great at replying. If you visit, the Pirates show was really good. I would stay here again if we visit Florida again.

Very nice place to stay. This listing is double listed and you pay a fee to Vrbo and to Blueswell. Super close to the beach! Pool was lovely, hot tub only heats to the same temperature as the pool. Over all a great place to stay. Super clean and close to the beach. We really enjoyed staying here. Thank you !

Nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool area is absolutely beautiful, however, there is NO shade whatsoever and it got hot. This is definitely a property company managed unit, no floats, no chairs for the beach, etc. Kitchen utensils, cookwares were minimal. It took a pretty long time for the water to get hot in the showers and in the sinks. The beds were very comfortable, house was cute and clean, and in a pretty quiet area. Communication was great, Walmart delivered our groceries early which was as 30 minutes before check in and I was able to call and get in early, however, that was a little bit of a wait and hassle. They do not activate your code any earlier than 4pm. Overall our stay was great, wish we have a few more of the typical beach and home necessities but we would definitely stay again.

Great family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family. Having a pool was great with a toddler and the ocean was a short walk away. The house was nicely kept and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Short walk for a day at one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida and then back to your Beach home for your very on private pool to cool off in. Also the additional pool spa was a great treat also. The Beach house was well maintained and clean. One of our best vacations to date.

Husband’s Birthday Getaway

My family of four had a weekend getaway for my husband’s birthday, and this rental was perfect. Check-in was simple and the pool was amazing. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for families. The location was also perfect and the rental was nice and clean. We will definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property.

The host company was easy to work with and helpful. Heating the pool was a little pricy but worth it due to colder temperatures this week. I would stay again 👍

AWESOME STAY

Love the place! Very clean and intimate for the 5 of us. The location was PERFECT! Only downside is it was very cold and the 450 fee to heat the pool and hot tub was a bit outrageous but it was noted prior to booking. Will be back!

Beautiful House

Everything we needed or wanted was furnished in this house. The pool and Hot tub were awesome. Just a few blocks from the beach. It was the best vacation rental that I have encountered. Thanks Blue Swell!
