Cozy and spacious home with gorgeous views of the bayside water. Lots of natural light and comfort. Catch a nice breeze on the patio while feeling protected from the sun under the sunroom roof. Private bathroom for each bedroom and one car garage. Also, there is a futon that can sleep one adult or even two kids. This home is equipped for long term stays - full kitchen, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and grill. Beach is walking distance approximately ten minutes, but you can request a beach pass for your car as well. Wonderful restaurants and grocery stores less than ten minutes away.

We loved it!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home, which was very comfortable and well appointed, with everything we needed. The home is in a nice upscale neighborhood with a beautiful view of the inter-coastal waterway right out the back door. Many avian friends visited us frequently. My favorite was “Harry” the heron who helped me fish from the dock. We took many walks in the neighborhood and all the neighbors were friendly. There were several excellent restaurants and a reasonably priced fitness center close by, all within walking distance. The beautiful beach was easily walkable, but there was also a beach parking lot dedicated to Redington Beach residents which made short car trips to the beach quick and easy. The owner was very responsive to our needs and concerns and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We were extremely pleased that we chose this place to spend our February vacation.

Senior getaway

We loved this house and the location. The view was amazing! The neighborhood was just beautiful. The screened in lanai was perfect for evening meals, and you can’t go wrong with starting your day on the dock with a cup of coffee. Plenty of comfy seating in dining area and living room. The beds were sooooo comfy we wanted to bring the mattresses home. Lol. I do not often write reviews but felt compelled to do this one. Thank you so much for the most relaxing stress free vacation.

Dishwasher so old didn't clean dishes Rug needed cleaning TV broke for 3 days. Dryer vent not hooked up. The Lanie best feture.

Great Location

Fabulous location on the intercoastal. Minutes in the car from the beach with sticker parking. Great space for entertaining and dining. Screened in porch was great. Bedroom furniture and bathrooms needs updating.

Location, Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property which is off the beaten path but just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed spending time in the Lanais and watching dolphins off the dock.
