Cape Seaductive Resort & Spa Villas is the perfect blend of luxurious comfort and traditional island living. Our main goal is for you to unplug from the busy modern lifestyle and reconnect with the tranquility of nature. 98% of the natural materials used to build our resort was harvested from our land. Cape Seaductive is organic and rustic, yet refined.

Cape Seaductive is built upon 4 hectares (10 acres) of fertile virgin land. A number of delicious fruit bearing trees exist on the land, including buko (young coconut), papaya, mango and many others, all ready for your enjoyment. Feel free to wander your villa property and experience a semi-private beach front. Just a few hundred feet from the beach is home to a plethora of gorgeous corals and fish native to Dinagat Islands.
