This property just underwent a total remodel of the entire property. New Kitchen, Bathrooms, Flooring, Cabinets and Furniture!

"The property was great. Clean and well maintained. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The whole family loved it. The sunsets and sound of the waves every night at Sandy Beach were amazing. Most years we have stayed up the hill at a friends house and spent our days driving back and forth. On the water at our favorite beach lent to making the time pass by very slowly. It was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it for people of all ages."

This is the 2nd Floor Condo - more private than the 2nd floor - less steps than the 3rd floor!

The Villa on Sandy Beach is a spacious 3 bedroom condominium- vacation rental right on Sandy Beach in Rincon. Its perfect for families or groups of friends and includes a full kitchen, air conditioned, laundry, two bathrooms, parking, a rooftop terrace and beach side deck. The full kitchen is perfect for cooking the fresh catch from the local fisherman and produce from the local markets.

The apartment was spotless. Very clean. Modern amenities gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. However. The showstopperAre the views. Amazing and gorgeous. We had some issues getting the door lock keypad to work. Other than that, perfect.

We love the location of this property. We could walk to Jacks for breakfast, walk to the market and of course the beach is right there. The house was clean and had almost everything we needed. We requested an extra blanket and it was delivered promptly. It would be great in the future if an extra set of bedding was in a closet just for comfort. We are a pillow family and like 2 pillows per person. Not a big deal, but it would have nice. The WiFi does not work in the bedrooms. It only works in the kitchen and living room. Again, not a big deal. We weren’t exactly roughing it. The property had coffee, salt and pepper. I always like to know before arriving. There were no spices, oil or other essentials available. You will like having the beach to yourself. I found quite a lot of sea glass out front if you’re into that. The kids surfed and swam. We had an excellent stay.

Beach Front in the best location of Rincón!

Really liked the apartment!One per floor and nicely refurbished!Literally 5 steps and you are in the beach sand!Good parking and very private!

Everything was perfect! The house and view were amazing. The beach is steps away and I loved listening to the waves as well. It is close to some restaurants and bars. Lawrence responded quickly and was a great host! The roof, patio and balcony were lovely. We loved looking at stars from the roof each night. The people in the area were kind. I’m glad I didn’t have to drive because the roads are small and sometimes very steep in the area. We hope to return!

Annual February vacation

We have been coming to Sandy Beach for many years. We love this location and the accommodations. The second floor has been newly remodeled and is very nice. Always enjoy our time here

We had a wonderful stay. The location was incredible. Right on the beach and near great restaurants. The inside was immaculate. Everything we needed was provided. This was literally a perfect place to stay!

Great get away

We loved the location of this stay. Close to everything and owner was responsive when we were in communication. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax in a beautiful spot. It was clean and included everything we needed.

Key pad lock didn’t work all of the time. Sometimes it took 5 plus times of entering the 4 digit code. There were not enough bath towels and there were no beach chairs provided for floor 2. View was amazing and the house was clean and orderly. Overall it was a good stay and assuming the host fixes the issues I would return.

Forest - ideally if you had reported these issues issues during your stay rather than after you left, they could have been addressed. We show no reported issues with the lock. We also found that when you registered, you indicated that there were only 2 guests but you brought several more with you - that would explain why you didnt have enough towels. We only set out based on your reservation details. We were here to support you if only you had taken time to reach out.

Favorite spot

This place is all about location!! Could not have designed a better spot on the beach for a condo. 2nd time we have stayed in this condo building. Very clean and beautiful. Felt very safe in a very cute neighborhood.

We had a great stay here. The condo has everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch….plenty of restaraunts for dinner in the area too. the beach was beautiful, and it was great to be next door to rentals for surf boards and beach chairs. I left a small camera part there ant the owner graciously mailed it back to me. Would definitely stay again

We had the absolute best time. The home is gorgeous and the renovations are beautiful. Right on an amazing beach, walking distance to great places to eat. Absolute paradise. Larry was a great host; communicative and helpful. We are already planning our next trip.
