'Sea Corals' is a cosy apartment for 6 people designed for couples and families who wish to relax in a quiet area, close to the main beach of Puerto de Alcudia in a design environment. This apartment has been completely renovated (floor, 2 bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and design furniture) between April and August 2018.



Corales de Mar is located on the fourth and last floor of a building with a lift. Inside, there are 3 bedrooms with plenty of light. The main bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third has 2 single beds. In total, there are 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), a very bright living room with a 42" flat TFT screen with home cinema, TV and free Wi-Fi, a new kitchen with a fully equipped Nespresso coffee machine, balcony-terrace with views of Alcudia, the mountains and Alcudia bay.



The apartment is located on the largest beach in Mallorca (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path. You will find all kinds of sports activities such as windsurfing, paddle surfing, sailing, glass-bottom boats, diving..., restaurants, cafés, boutiques... and for children there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.



The sports marina of Puerto Alcudia is just 200 metres away. There you can take a pleasant walk seeing small traditional fishing boats and modern luxury yachts. There is also a craft market set up every night, and some very good restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby you will find Alcanada beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the north of Mallorca.



There are also historical buildings such as the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theatre, the medieval walls of the city of Alcudia.



If you are a nature enthusiast, the largest natural park in Mallorca, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta, is located a few kilometres away. There are many hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...

Great location and smooth stay

Really convenient location. Check in was online and in advance and a smooth process. Rental was as shown and comfortable for myself and my girl friends. They included coffee pods which was nice Negatives are things : check out is wayyy too early at 10am. We checked out Easter Sunday and they wouldn’t even give us until 11am. Some things need sprucing up… not enough towels. One old one person person. They really need to replace the towels, especially the one hand towel they give because it’s not nice. Same with the living room carpet. Just replace it already ;) lastly, don’t count on that jacuzzi tub. It’s very old and not very clean. All that said, would absolutely stay again as it was a nice place and they were professional Thank you for having us!

The pictures lie. This unit smells like sewage and there are two towels which they recycle for every guest. They smell like mold and there are no beach towels. This unit is literally nothing like the photos. One washroom is out of commission. The second you need to sit sideways and shower sideways because there is no room to move. It is super run down. It seems like this unit gets rented out frequently, you would think they would invest in multiple new towels and update the unit. There is a espresso machine yet its challenging to find the special pods needs for them, a few pods could be left to help your guests out. This place isnt cheap to rent. Super disappointed in my first visit to Mallorca.

Wohnung war sehr schmutzig (Krabbelkind hatte sofort schwarze Knie und Hände), wir mussten erst einmal die Wohnung wischen. Teilweise sehr abgewohnt, die Beschichtung vom Laminat löste sich überall ab. In und an der Dusche Schimmel. Aus beiden Klimageräten tropfte Wasser und das in den W-Lan Router, sodass dieser auch ausfiel. Wurde zwar repariert, aber Wohnung war eine Zumutung. Hinzu kamen Ungeziefer Ameisen und Kakerlaken. Nicht wieder.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Die Couch und die Betten sind gemütlich. Alle Geräte funktionieren. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Der Check-In und Check-Out mit der Schlüsselbox ist super. In der Gegend findet man alle möglichen Läden - Supermärkte, Apotheken, Kleidungsgeschäfte … Der Strand und das Meer sind sehr nah und können auch ein bisschen vom Balkon gesehen werden. Über eine andere Heizquelle für den Winter nachdenken, da die zwei Klimaanlagen zwar heizen, aber es im Februar schon etwas schwierig ist, dass die Wohnung angenehm warm ist und bleibt.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gross, aber renouvierungsbedürftig und das Interieur ist schon etwas älter. Die Küche ist sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das ein oder andere fehlt. Über die Strandspielsachen haben sich die Kinder sehr gefreut. Danke dafür. Auch dass eine (kleine) Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden ist, ist ein Plus.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt 3 Minuten vom schönen Sandstrand ganz in der Nähe vom Hafen von Alcudia. Sie ist recht gut ausgestattet für 5 Personen und evtl auch 6 Personen. Auf dem großen Balkon kann man gut die Abendsonne genießen. Leider riecht es im kleinen Bad sehr nach Abfluss. Innerhalb einer Woche war der Fahrstuhl 2mal defekt, die Reparatur erfolgte aber innerhalb von 6 Stunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke. Auch ein Parkplatz ist in der Nähe. Wir waren gern hier und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Bad service

What we did not like about this apartment: - It was not quite clean. In particular, there was human hair on the floor. There was lots of dust behind the TV table which you find when searching for sockets. I better keep silent about the carpet in the living room. Since I found no vacuum cleaner in the appartment, I had to wash the floor next day we arrived as our baby still crawls and collects all the dust and hair on its hands, legs, clothes, etc. - When I wrote an email complaining about the cleaning and asking for a vacuum cleaner, I got a promise we'll get one. Also we were promised there will be "another deep cleaning together with a change of linen and towels". - Soon there came a cleaning lady bringing a useless hand vacuum cleaner which needs to be recharged after each 5 minutes of using it. Also she said that hair is not a problem at all. - When I complained I did not like what the cleaning lady brought and said, there finally came another cleaning lady who brought a normal vacuum cleaner and did the 'deep cleaning'. Although, nobody changed our towels and linen during all those 13 nights we spent there. They just forgot about us. - WiFi internet got useless the next day after our arrival. I wrote emails and called the real estate company several times asking to come and fix it. Got only promises back. What we found out is the internet worked best of all in the bigger sleeping room (the one without a bathroom). - There was a bad smell coming from the jacuzzi bathroom all the time. Frankly, jacuzzi was stinking, it was no pleasure to enter this bathroom because of the smell. - When we tried to use the oven there was a smoke coming out of it when just heating it up without any meal inside yet. - Some other littly issues like broken plastic trash bag holder (the bottom part is no longer able to hold a bag with trash), some bulbs not working (in the lamp above the sofa in the living room) - seems like nobody checked them. What we liked: - Close to a beach suitable for babies - Elevator in the building - Two working air conditioners - The shower cabin in the second bathroom did not have that bad smell which the 'jaccuzi' one had - Nice view from the balcony

Feeling at home

This apartment is perfectly situated close to the beach and close to the harbour of Puerto Alcudia. Everything is in walking distance, doesn't matter if you want to do grocery shopping, a lovely bakery, restaurants, playgrounds and last but not least the fantastic beach. The apartment is quite spacious and with two bathrooms you have enough privacy and space to spend your vacation with friends or more than one family. We have been to this apartment many times and it feels like home as you have everything in this apartment what you need. Coming soon again!
