Tolle 13 Tage direkt am Traumstrand!Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Keine 50 Meter bis zum fantastischen Strand! Bei bis zu 34 C haben wir die Zeit am Meer extrem genossen.Das Apartment:Ein schönes, kleines Dachgeschoss-Apartment im 5. OG. Im Sommer wird es warm, aber dank zweier großer Dachfenster lässt sich super durchlüften. Wir hatten sie nachts offen und die Wohnung kühlte gut ab. * Hinweis: Der Aufzug fährt bis ins 4. OG, die letzte Etage geht man über zwei kleine Treppen. * Küche: Mit Kühlschrank und 3-Platten-Herd gut für die Selbstversorgung. Das Geschirr ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und für 4 Personen etwas knapp bemessen.Wichtige Infos für Gäste: * Internet: Kein WLAN vorhanden. Auch mobiles Netz ist im Ort oft überlastet, da schlicht zu viele Menschen gleichzeitig online sind. * Hunde: Vom 15. Juni bis 15. September herrscht tagsüber absolutes Hundeverbot am Strand (wird polizeilich kontrolliert!). Spät abends (ab ca. 21 Uhr) kann man aber problemlos mit dem Hund an den Strand. * Strandregeln: Strandzelte sind verboten.Fazit: Eine gemütliche Unterkunft in Top-Lage. Wer mit kleineren Abstrichen bei der Küchenausstattung und ohne Dauer-Internet leben kann, erlebt hier einen traumhaften Strandurlaub!

Appartement fonctionnel,bien placé.Il est situé près de la plage,des commerces,de la gare . Décoration agréable. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans une ville coquette. Le quartier permet de longues balades agrémentées de belles villas . Proximité du petit train ainsi que des bus . Bien accueilli par le propriétaire.

Top pour le week-end de l'ascension

Arrivés jeudi pour départ dimanche, nous étions attendu à l'heure convenue pour la remise des clés. Propriétaire fort sympathique, il nous a bien expliqué et conseillé et nous a libéré une place de parking pour débarrasser la voiture. L'appartement situé au 5e étage avec un ascenseur qui va jusqu'au 4eme. Le logement est propre fonctionnel. La cuisine a été refaite à neuf.1 couchage 1 personne dans le salon/cuisine, un lit 2 place 140cm dans la chambre et un petit lit d'appoint dans une petite pièce attenante à la chambre, qui fait aussi office de dressing. Idéalement situé à 1mn à pied de la plage de la Baule, et tout près des commerces (spar, carrefour city, restaurants, traiteurs et autre service. L'environnement est calme et agréable. On peut tout faire à pied, une borne de recharge est à 10mn à pied. Je recommande pour un week-end prolongé, à 4 ça peut paraître petit si on aime l'espace mais il est bien pensé.

Tres bon sejour !

Appartement conforme aux attentes! Bien placé à côté des commerces et de la plage. Le propriétaire répond rapidement aux questions et est flexible. Très fonctionnel. Un petit rafraîchissement du mobilier serait le bienvenu.

Très bon emplacement mais quelques améliorations sont à prévoir

Je suis venue pour un weekend mère-fille dans cet appartement. L'emplacement est idéal et le propriétaire a été très arrangeant sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. En revanche, l'appartement pourrait être rafraichi pour être vraiment agréable. Surtout, la propreté est à revoir - tout particulièrement en temps de COVID - : poutre pleine de poussière dans la chambre indépendante, couverts sales, etc.

Nous sommes désolés des désagréments et avons notifié le service de nettoyage. Il peut arriver qu'un locataire précédent fasse une erreur qui ne sera pas remarquée lors du nettoyage des couverts. Il ne faut pas voir la location sur ce site comme un hôtel, il s'agit plus d'un échange de services entre particuliers. Soyez assurée que les mesures de protection sanitaires sont appliquées dans le logement. Néanmoins, plus difficile de voir la relation entre COVID et une poutre.

Apparemment parfait !

Apparemment hyper fonctionnel avec tout ce qu’il faut (étendoir, caddie, grille-pain…) et très propre, dans un bâtiment très calme Emplacement idéal (à 2 pas des commerces et sans aucun bruit) Propriétaire a été très à l’écoute et très accueillant. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir !
