ILIKAI MARINA NOTICE — Spalling Work Update
Spalling repair on the Ocean/Marina-facing side is nearing completion, but intermittent noise disturbances may still occur during work hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we wrap up this phase of the project. The overall building spalling project remains on schedule for completion by late September 2025.

The spectacular, unobstructed ocean view from this high-floor condo will take your breath away! Designed with a clean, modern style, the unit embraces you in comfort and creates the perfect home base for your dream Hawaiian vacation.
For added relaxation, the bedroom now features a brand-new luxury mattress, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after days of exploring paradise.
This unbeatable location is just a short walk to the beach, Ala Moana Beach Park/Magic Island, Ala Moana Shopping Center, and a wide array of Waikiki restaurants, nightlife, and ocean activities. The Ilikai Marina condo includes a full kitchen, air conditioning, dining area, one sleeper sofa in the living room, and a king-size bed in the bedroom. A convenient pay laundry room is also available in the building.
Bonus: If your stay includes a Friday night, enjoy a front-row view of the Hilton’s famous fireworks display right from your private lanai. The fireworks occur most Fridays throughout the year, making your evenings in Waikiki even more magical.

Exactly as promised

The condo was exactly as shown in the picture. It was very clean and in an excellent location. You do have to pay for parking, but that was stated up front. I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

It had everything we needed to feel at home with lots of storage, hangers, hair dryer. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware, coffee and tea pot and dishes. Perfect location on the marina and very walkable to Waikiki Beach. Lots of groceries and shopping nearby. Our only issue was the sofa bed was not comfortable and seemed to be broken where the head of the bed slopes down.

Reviewer Comments: The apartment location is great the apartment was by and large clean (barring marks on a couple of bowls).The stay was booked and paid for 3 adults. The main bed was OK. However, the sofa bed was not just not made when we arrived, it had a mattress that appears to have come from a charity shop. It was covered in torn plastic and seemed to have been clubbed together with 2 uneven pieces of foam). Having 1 of us, uncomfortable spoilt the stay for us.Another issue was the exhaust fan in the bathroom which is unbearably loud.

This unit was such a lovely place to stay. The location can simply not be beat. It is within walking distance to anything you could want. The unit itself provides necessities for cooking and some beach gear. The bed was comfortable, unit was clean, and overall it was a great stay. The unit has been beautifully renovated and I would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a car but also walked to fort derussy and ala moana because it's so close. We enjoyed our stay, next time we are in Waikiki we will definitely use Ali'i again. Having a full kitchen is a major benefit and very important to us when we travel so I would pick this rental over a hotel every time!

The view out the full wall of sliding glass doors was incredible. Watching boats come/go from the marina below, and crossing by in the ocean was cool. Fireworks on Friday evening will be memorable. Location, Location, Location + An Amazing View

We loved staying at the Ili'kai Marina, it's easy access to Pi'ikoi Street made getting across the island to visit ohana a breeze. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean and marina, perfect for watching the Friday Night fireworks show and evening sunsets. We will be back!

The condo was very clean. All activities were close by. Taking the elevator from our condo to the parking garage was a bonus. The chart house restaurant is downstairs and had excellent food. The friday night fireworks were visible from our balcony. Excellent stay and would recommend to everyone! Ty!
