The Saint-Pons abbey of Saint-Pons-de-Thomières.
Saint-Pons Cathedral was originally an abbey founded in 936 and erected as a cathedral in 1317, the church was built around 1100. Fortified in the 13th century and remodeled and transformed in the 18th after the Huguenot pillaging of 1567. Only the north face preserves the crenellations and the loopholes of the two towers of the fortification period of the building.
City Hall occupying the site of the former bishopric. From the old part remains a tower which was the subject of a classification as historical monuments on July 30, 1963.
The remains of the former parish church of Saint-Martin-du-Jaur which was registered as a historic monument on May 4, 1984.
The former bishopric located at the Place du Foirail dates from the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries, suffered the onslaught during the wars of religion, and was shared at the time of the Revolution.
New constructions have changed the whole. The remains of the enclosure and the vaulted passage called La Portenelle were registered as historic monuments on October 21, 1993.
