Fall into Arizona - Escape to Sun Lakes!

Explore our beautiful Sun Lakes community while saying at this great rental home! Golf any of the five community courses, swim in the relaxing pools, grab breakfast, lunch or dinner in one of the great restaurants - all accessible using the golf cart included in the rental. Tennis? Pickleball? Bocce anyone? Yes, we have that too!

The rental home has two master suites featuring en suite bathrooms. The master bath has a freshly tiled step-in shower, dual sinks and a huge walk-in closet. The large guest suite bathroom has a standard tub with shower. Both bedrooms feature cushy queen-sized beds.
Enjoy breakfast or lunch in the cozy kitchen eating area or in the more formal dining area. The kitchen holds all the amenities you'll need to cook a holiday meal or an intimate dinner with your new friends.
The sunny bonus room is a great get-a-way space for when you need a little peace and quiet. The hide-a-bed couch is useful if an extra sleeping spot is needed for guests. Relax with a beverage on the spacious backyard patio. A gas grill is provided for the grillmaster.

Our 45+ community has great nightlife too! Stop at Mulligans for drinks after golf or go dancing to live music on select nights and weekends. Live music and karaoke make for great memories to share with friends. The newly remodeled Sunset Grill and Bar is a fun gathering spot for food or drink while watching sports on one of the many TVs. The restaurant features fresh daily specials sure to satisfy every diner!

There are several grocery stores nearby for your convenience. Sky Harbor and Mesa Regional airports are a quick 20-30 minutes away.
In the home high speed internet and large TVs offer the best in tech and viewing pleasure. (55" in living room, 43" in master bedroom and bonus room)

Sun Lakes vacation

The home was perfect for what we wanted for our vacation. The home was clean and well maintained and our hosts were very responsive to any question or needs that we had. It was in a great area with plenty of activities to get involved in. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a vacation to this area.

This home is very comfortable and easy to get in and out of area. Plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils to prepare and serve a meal. Cheryl is easy to contact and very responsive. We will defiantly be looking at this home on out next busy to the valley.

Happiness in the Desert

We loved your place. It was decorated nicely, roomy and comfortable. Our whole family would fit in there together. With the COVID spreading so rampanrly, we weren’t able to do much. Despite that it was nice to be in such a comfortable place. In fact if it was available, we would rent for three months. We are normally”Snow Birds” in Florida but we liked it so much we’d be willing to switch to Arizona. Thanks for renting to us.
