This one bedroom, one bath condo features a master suite king size bed and walk in shower. Bunk beds and a sleeper sofa allow for flexible sleeping arrangements. Tile floors are throughout the condo.

Two large pools with one heated during the winter months, a shallow pool for the smaller kids to enjoy, and a 12 person hot tub.

The exterior property is a bit dated. It could you a deep cleaning and paint. The interior condo was updated and very nice as listed. The pool and pool areas were really nice too.

My spouse and I celebrated our anniversary with our family at this location. Given our wedding at Surfside Beach, TX, we annually visit a Texas beach, and we are delighted with our choice of this property on Mustang Island Beach.Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the experience.The vacation rental presented a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment, exuding a charming beach ambiance. Communication was prompt and highly effective. They including laundry detergent upon arrival to accomodate us until we could get to a store which was very very helpful for me. The amenities were exceptional. While the absence of a swim-up bar, as depicted in the photographs, was noted, the three pools, hot tub, volleyball area, and convenient beach access adequately compensated.Security measures for beach entry were appreciated, contributing to a sense of safety.The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, providing courteous and helpful service.The property proved to be child-friendly, accommodating our two-year-old. Despite the elevated bunk beds, the removable ladder and the option to place the top bunk on the floor ensured safety. Our child particularly enjoyed the "beach house camping trip" and the bunk beds.We intend to book this property again for a future trip.

Mayan Princess Stay

We had such a great stay here! The unit we stayed in was immaculate. It was nicely decorated with updated amenities. The living area gave us Golden Girls vibes...my favorite show by the way. The location was very convenient. A walk to the beach via their boardwalk is less than a 5 minute walk. If you want to drive to the beach the access road is only 1/2 mile away. Onsite there are bbq grills, three pools, a hot tub, complimentary pool towels and a shower to rinseoff from your day at the beach. The maintenance staff is very responsive. Ricky responded quickly to our minor problem and quickly resolved the issue. He was very courteous and professional. The staff is very friendly as well. The only unusual thing is the shower/bedroom combo. Maybe some people are fine with that but we found it a little odd. Nonetheless we really enjoyed it here and would definitely recommend this place!

Elaine at check in was amazingly friendly and helpful. Condo was clean and comfortable. Being on the first floor doesn’t allow for ocean view but offers easy access to the pool and short boardwalk to the beach. Front door code is convenient but would be great to have the same for sliding door with that easy access. Were disappointed we had to leave the shades down the entire time since they were non-functional so ZERO window view of anything. Kitchen needs some maintenance updates. Overall happy with our stay- kids love coming here and location is prime property for public beach access.

This property was great. Clean and close to the beach. The complex has 2 beautiful pools. The front desk staff was very nice. I like that it's away from the hubbub of Port A proper. The beach was not crowded at all.
