Step out to the dock to fish or launch your boat for a day of exploring Clam Lake, Torch River, Torch Lake, or Lake Bellaire. This home has 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath on the Main floor, and 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath & Kitchen on the lower level with walkout access to the lake.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the cottage, yard, and private dock. The property is available for weekly rentals during the prime season, running Saturday to Saturday. Bring your boat and enjoy direct access to Torch River, with quick routes into both Torch Lake and Lake Bellaire.

Getting Around:
The cottage is a short drive to the charming town of Alden, where you can browse local shops, sample wines, or grab an ice cream cone. A bit further is Bellaire, home to great golf courses and the renowned Short's Brewing Company. The area is best explored by car or boat, and there's parking available on-site for your convenience.
