In the heart of the picturesque village of La Flotte, charming apartment of 45 m², bright and quiet, on the first floor of a small secure residence with heated swimming pool (April to October). Private parking, bicycle space. Nicely decorated, well equipped, it includes a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, shower room, WC. Located 5 min walk from the port, market and 800 m from the beach.
Living room with sofa, TV, DVD player, WIFI, kitchen area: 4-burner induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster; back kitchen: washing machine, dryer, iron. One bedroom with queen-size bed and TV. One bedroom with two bunk beds 90x190cm. All NEW BEDDINGS (November 2019) (Reminder: the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old). Cot and high chair available. Shower room equipped with towel dryer and hair dryer. Residence with heated swimming pool, parasols, deckchairs, pool house. Possibility to rent linen.
