Nous cherchions un pied à terre à La Rochelle. Cet appartement simple, propre et calme est bien placé à 1km de la plage de Roux et 2km du centre ville. Il y a un supermarché et une pharmacie à 100m. Parking gratuit, facile d’accès. Tout ce que nous cherchions !

Heel schoon en goed onderhouden appartement. Perfect gelegen ten opzichte van het strand, havens en oude binnenstad van Rochelle. Ideaal om enkele dagen te verblijven op doorreis naar West Spanje of Portugal vanuit Nederland.

Apparemment avec une magnifique vue sur le couché du soleil. Les lits ne sont pas fortables. Il manque des couvercles pour les chaudrons. La toilette est dans une pièce sans lavabo. Il y a amplement d'espace pour préparer des repas. L'appartement est grand. Le voisinage est calme. Il y a une épicerie à distance de marche. L'hôtesse repond très rapidement à nos questions et ses communications sont polies.

Très bel appartement, très bien éclairé. (2 chambres séparées et grand séjours meublé) Cuisine spacieuse et équipée. Propreté impeccable. Petit cadeau gourmand de bienvenue (spécialité locale). Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire des lieux. Quartier propre et calme. Ascenseur. Que demander de plus ?!. Idéale pour passer de bonne vacances tranquille. Je recommande fortement !

Agréable séjour en famille

Nous avons grandement apprecié notre sejour dans cet appartement, par sa localisation proche du carrefour market, de la mer, de l'aquarium. De plus cet appartement est pratique et bien agencé pour une famille avec jeunes enfants (espace de vie séparé de l'espace dodo et puis des jeux à disposition que mes filles ont vraiment adorés. Je conseille d'aller à la plage de Chatelaillon qui est grande et belle, et de plus la ville est très agréable. Le zoo de la palmyre n'est qu'à 1h donc profitez-en il vaut le detour. Merci encore à Marlène pour sa disponibilité et son accompagnement. À bientot peut-être.
