Escapade Ă  La Rochelle

DĂ©couverte du centre historique : trĂšs intĂ©ressant. Visite de l’aquarium : immersion rĂ©ussie. Ville verdoyante au travers de ses nombreux parcs. TrĂšs beaux couchers de soleil visibles depuis l’appartement en admirant le ballet des voiliers qui entrent et sortent du port. En un mot : excellent sĂ©jour.

Parfait et idéalement situé

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans ce petit appartement tout Ă©quipĂ© avec des casseroles neuves (plutĂŽt rares !) trĂšs bien isolĂ© avec une vue magnifique sur la baie et les couchers de soleil ! Appartement trÚs agréable

L’appartement correspondait tout Ă  fait Ă  nos attentes. Il est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. La piĂšce principale est spacieuse avec une grande terrasse et une vue sur mer. L’appartement est proche du port des Minimes avec un direct quasiment direct Ă  la plage. La boulangerie au pied de la rĂ©sidence est un petit plus bien apprĂ©ciable. Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Merci Ă  Jean-Marie, le proprietaire.

vacances déçue

j'ai été trés déçue à mon arrivé il est inconcevable de ne pas avoir mis le chauffage il faisait trés trés froid deux petites couettes trés trés fines ....la douche une marche de hauteur de 30cm pour y accéder ..accueille trés froide ...j'ai pas aimé du tout quand vous arrivez cela fais peur les baçons sont retenus par des étais ....je suis dis l'immeuble n'est pas trés sur .... vue sur la mer sur fond d'une grande étendue de silos à grains ... au départ la personne est venue inspecter dans les moindres détails si j'avais bien fais le ménage elle a mÚme touché la serpilliére pour voir si elle était humide pour savoir si je l'avais passé ...elle m'a fait remarquer il y a une petite tache sur le carrelage prés de l'évier j'ai du passé un petit coup d'éponge ...incroyable ...je ne ferais plus jamais appelle à Abritel ...cela fais 30 ans que je voyage jamais vu ça .... avec Booking je n'ai jamais vu ça ( je sais que vous allez l'éffacer )

L’appartement correspond parfaitement Ă  l’annonce . Le bus de mer est tout proche ce qui permet des escapades sur le vieux port en 15 min. SĂ©jour parfait.

L’appartement est bien situĂ© petit bĂ©mol sur les places de parking non numĂ©rotĂ©es donc parfois nous avons dĂ» nous garer dans les rues Ă  proximitĂ© car plus de place de disponible. Concernant la propretĂ© de l’appartement c’était passable en effet Ă  notre arrivĂ©e alĂšse pas propre mĂȘme pas ajustĂ©e au matelas donc je pense pas de contrĂŽle au dĂ©part des prĂ©cĂ©dents locataires entre autre.

MERveilleux!

Jolie location de vacances à 2 pas de la plage des minimes. S endormir avec le bruit des vagues, un pur bonheur! Excellente boulangerie à proximité, donc se réveiller avec un croissant et une vue mer, juste envie d y retourner

Pieds dans l’eau

Appartement agrĂ©able, au pied d’une belle plage de sable fin, avec une vue mer exceptionnelle, et proche des commerces de proximitĂ©. Un havre de tranquillitĂ© pour un sĂ©jour mixant repos et activitĂ©s de bord de mer, Ă  quelques encablures du centre ville. L’appartement un peu vieillissant mĂ©riterait un petit rafraĂźchissement mais le rapport qualitĂ© prix est trĂšs satisfaisant. Un bĂ©mol sur la qualitĂ© de l’accueil gĂ©rĂ© par une tierce personne mais location a recommander, sans aucun doute.

Vue imprenable sur la mer

Résidence tout en bois. Balcon donnant sur la plage mais pas utilisé pendant le séjour car trop froid (janvier). Appartement propre et bien équipé. On a pu faire de belles balades le long de la cÎte.
