Room with a view

The apartment at Les Minimes was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The sea view was beautiful and always something to watch on the water. Our bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The apartment has a rear room with a second sofa which is useful. The kitchen was really well equipped. We were met by Liliane who was lovely and really helpful. We were provided with a sheet of information and there were a host of tourist leaflets to take. She showed us the dustbin area and the garage. Frederique enquired about our stay via email. Communication was very good. A great stay and so near local shops, bus stop and water taxi. The apartment deserves 5 stars.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, der Kontakt mit Frédérique und Liliane war sehr nett! Das wunderschöne Zentrum von La Rochelle ist sehr gut mit dem Rad, zu Fuß oder Boot/Bus zu erreichen, die Ferienanlage selbst liegt an einem recht belebten, kleineren Strand. Schöne lange Sandstrände, z.B. auch auf der nahe gelegenen Ile de Ré sind gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Gegend bietet viele Ausflugsziele und Attraktionen und natürlich zahlreiche gute Restaurants (La Rochelle-Zentrum und Umgebung, nicht unbedingt Minimes).

Un appartement très cosy et hyper équipé les pied dans l’eau

Se lever et s’endormir au bruit des vagues et prendre ses repas sur le balcon face a l’océan ! Un pur bonheur .. nous avons passé 11 jours dans ce joli appartement encore plus beau qu’en photo ! Hyper équipé et très propre, on se sent chez nous ! Un accueil chaleureux de Liliane qui nous a donné de bons conseils à l’arrivée, Frédérique, l’hôte est très sympathique et à distance était très disponible ! La plage est aux pieds de la résidence avec tout commerce de proximité. Pas besoin de voiture . Le « bus de mer » est bien pratique pour accéder au vieux port de la Rochelle. En bref super location que nous recommandons ! .

Exceptionnel face à la Mer !!!

Chaleureux accueil de Madame Brun Frédérique, je vous remercie infiniment. Votre appartement très agréable et spacieux lumineux fonctionnel tout bien équipé, vue imprenable face à la mer ! Mon séjour à la Rochelle : Plage des Minimes, marche à pieds ou à vélo le long du rivage, Bus de mer pour accéder au Vieux Port ou Yelo bus au centre de la Rochelle : Visite patrimoine, très belle architecture, le Marché Local, Shopping sous les arcades, Pause sur une terrasse de Café, Restos sur le Vieux Port admirer les voiliers, les catamarans, différentes excursions en Mer. Mon rêve est devenu Réalité"Kapalouest catamaran"Génialissime !! Je reviendrais certainement à la Rochelle, tellement j'ai apprécié ce séjour, je ne voulais pas partir.Merci de votre bienveillance Liliane également. Visiter l'Ile de Ré en Vélo est aussi une Belle Découverte !!!

Perfekte Sommerferien

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet auch für eine fünfköpfige Familie. Prima Lage mit direktem Meerblick, ein paar Minuten zum Stadtstrand und Geschäften sowie einer sehr guten Busanbindung ins Stadtzentrum. Kontakt mit Vermieterin und Verwalterin sehr gut und freundlich.

Belle vue, très bel appartement avec terrasse

Si comme nous vous aimez votre confort et partez en vacances avec 1m3 d'accessoires, cet appartement est fait pour vous (et revendez la remorque...) ! La propriétaire a pensé à tout : cuisine super bien équipée et moderne, prises multiples (avec usb...) partout, belle petite terrasse pour manger ou juste flâner... Les 2 douches sont bien pratiques et modernes (celle du 1er est superbe), les 2 chambres ont une vue mer. On devine que les propriétaires y résident régulièrement, ce logement est trop cosy est rationnel pour une simple location d'été. Nous conseillons de louer le box voiture car se garer dans le secteur est compliqué. Le bus de mer (ou vos pieds) vous emmèneront à la Rochelle très facilement. Un bémol : la résidence est parsemée de petits escaliers ce qui peut rendre son accès problématique aux personnes à mobilité réduite (ou avec 10 valises). Idem, c'est un duplex, ce qui fait aussi son charme. Bref, nous avons aimé !

Top Lage, schöne Wohnung mit gehobener und umfangreicher Ausstattung

Sehr netter Kontakt, zuverlässig und pünktlich. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet ist, eine großen Balkon mit Meerblick besitzt und ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern bietet. Der Strand sowie der Hafen sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Nice and very clean flat...

...with a beautiful view to the sea. The next beach is just 100m away; the city center is about 3 KM walking distance. But it's a nice walk along the harbor and the front of the sea. In the area around the flat, just a few minutes walking, there are some bars and restaurants, bakery, little supermarket etc. The owner of the flat is very friendly and very helpful; she give answer to all questions and explain everything.

La Rochelle is a beautifull town and the appartment was a really good pick to stay

The terrace was amazing and the appartment had everything and more than what we needed during the stay. If you want to visit La Rochelle and surroundings highly recommended. Frédérique is very welcoming and helpful with providing guidance and suggestions for the stay, she is and amazing host. We loved our stay.

Bel appartement avec une superbe vue & très bien situé

Bel appartement moderne comme sur les photos, très bien équipé (y compris un fond de cuisine, toujours pratique), avec la plage juste en-dessous (quel bonheur d'avoir le bruit des vagues!), bien situé à côté du Port des Minimes, un peu en-dehors du centre de La Rochelle qui reste très facile d'accès (30 minutes à pied ou par bus de mer). Il faut juste savoir qu'il y a pas mal de marches pour accéder à l'appartement (appart au 2è étage accessible par un escalier extérieur, quelques marches dans la résidence), donc difficile d'accès pour des personnes à mobilité réduite.

Très belle vue

Un super appartement au calme avec coucher de soleil tous les soirs. Très bien equipé très agréable. La plage au pied de l’immeuble.
