The 200m2 south facing plot pleasantly completes a tastefully decorated house.
Cot available.
A shed will allow you to store all leisure equipment. 2 adult bikes available (1 child seat).

Nice facility

We had a great week at your property. We had lovely weather. The house is wel equipped , a little further from the city center as we expected but everything was as described. A big plus was the airco.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille à La Rochelle. Le logement est au calme , spacieux, lumineux. Le petit plus la propreté du logement et l'accueil sur place par Mme Chevret qui nous a indiqué les commerces à proximité les activités à faire les lieux à visiter....

Appartement sur les environs de la Rochelle (Laleu)

Trés bel appartement avec un beau séjour et sa baie vitrée, sa grande chambre et une trés belle SdB. Je pense qu'une réservation aux beaux jours permettant d'exploiter la terrasse sera à étudier. Un trés grans MERCI à Mme CHEVRET pour son accueil, son écoute etc...Un logement que je peux conseiller pour un séjour d'une semaine, voir +++. Visiter la Rochelle, son port, l'ile de RE etc... Das Objekt liegt in einem wenig schönen Außenbezirk von La Rochelle. Um in die Stadt, den nächsten Supermarkt/Bäcker oder einen schönen Badestrand zu erreichen, benötigt man mindestens ein Fahrrad bzw. besser noch ein Auto. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns eine nette, ältere Dame, die ausschließlich Französisch spricht, was die Kommunikation erschwert hat. Das Objekt selbst war nicht richtig sauber geputzt und tw. auch Geschirr, Gläser, Bestecke, Töpfe, Schüsseln. Das haben wir gemacht, um alles benutzen zu können und uns ein bisschen wohler zu fühlen. Es roch muffig, besonders im Bad. Das Haus ist ebenerdig und steht ca. 2 m von der der Straße zurück. Die Schlafzimmerfenster sind auf der Straßenseite angebracht. Der Parkplatz ist öffentlich.

Charmante location

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle maison bien agencée et joliment décorée, située dans un quartier calme. La météo était au rendez-vous, ainsi nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la terrasse et de son barbecue (merci pour les pommes de pin !). Maison bien équipée avec sa douche à l'italienne, son grand frigo ainsi qu'avec sa jolie vaisselle. Très bonne situation entre le pont de l'Ile de Ré et le vieux Port. La Rochelle est une belle ville dotée de grandes pistes cyclables très agréables, le vélo est recommandé et apprécié. Merci au propriétaire pour cette superbe location qui reflète exactement l'annonce sur Abritel.

Belle location avec une bonne situation.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cette location bien équipée. Nous étions en famille avec nos deux enfants et avons pu appréciés la location qui était fonctionnelle (chambres spacieuses même avec un lit bébé, salle d’eau avec douche à l’italienne pratique avec des enfants, jardin fermé….) et bien située pour pouvoir visiter La Rochelle et ses alentours.

TRES BON LOGEMENT

La maison est vraiment spacieuse et bien agencée. Elle est moderne et bien équipée. Il ne manque quasiment rien. Il ya même deux vélos à disposition. Elle est située dans un endroit calme et il est très facile de se garer. Il manque juste un grille pain qui serait utile. Ensuite, la maison est assez propre, mais le ménage qui doit être fait par les locataires n'est pas fait assez en profondeur. De ce fait, il a certains lieux qui sont oubliés. De plus, il n'y a pas de produits pour faire un ménage sérieux. A part cela, ce fut un très très bon séjour, à quelques minutes en voiture du centre de La Rochelle. A recommander vivement.
