We really liked the appartment. Also very completely equiped. Just the parking spaces are troublesome. Good bed. And small but well equiped kitchenette.

La lumière et un petit peu de l'ombre

Aussi notre deuxième séjour était très agréable: La situation du bâtiment près de la plage, du port, de la ville est très confortable, l'appartement est bien équipé et calme. Mais, malheureusement, l'entretien general de l'immeuble laisse à desirer: l'âge se montre et il faudrait peut-être considérer des travaux de rénovation afin d'éviter la déchéance. A cause de cela je donne seulement quatre étoiles comme évaluation totale tandis que le service et la communication etc. valent les cinq.

angenehm, kurze Wege zum Strand und Restaurants, schönes Walken zu 2 weiter entfernt liegenden Sandstränden, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle, Centre war schnell erreicht.in der ersten Woche war es etwas zu kühl im Appartment, Außerdem bellte tagsüber in einem darüber liegenden Appartment ein Hund, wann immer wir zurück zum Appartment kamen Julie bemühte, zeitweise besser, in der 2. Woche Problem wie Anfang der 1. Woche. Schade! Pauvre Chien!

Ruhiges Appartement in guter Lage

Lage und Austattung der Ferienwohnung haben wesentlich zu unserem schönen Herbsturlaub on La Rochelle beigetragen. Der Strand von Les Minimes ganz in der Nähe, 20 Minuten schöner Fussweg nach La Rochelle, zur Bushaltestelle 200m, zur Bäckerei 100m: Alles leicht und schnell erreichbar. Auch der PKW kann vor dem Haus auf reservierten Parkplätzen abgestellt werden.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de ce petit appartement situé au pied de la plage des minimes avec vu sur la mer. Logement très fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire pour acceuillir 4 personnes. Accueil chaleureux et propriétaire disponible.Je recommande.

Une merveilleuse parenthèse dans un lieu idyllique

Véronique et Hervé sont des hôtes délicats et attentionnés. L'appartement est à leur image. Rien ne manque pour passer un très agréable séjour dans un endroit calme et à quelques mètres de la mer et de la plage de sable. Séverine, qui s'occupe de tout sur place, est une perle. Extrême gentillesse, présence discrète et uniquement sur demande. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Merci pour ce moment hors du temps ...

Très bien située

Un très bon moment passé à la rochelle le logement et super et super bien placé nous n avons pas touché à la voiture durant notre séjour .Nous avons fait nos trajets à pieds à vélo ou en bus car tout était à proximité nous gardons bien l adresse et en avons déjà parlé à notre entourage. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter merci encore pour votre accueil.
