In order to take full advantage of it, we offer our apartment in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle.
Close to the market, all amenities, shopping and shopping ... open market every day where you will find fresh regional and organic products.
Our apartment is located on the first floor of a small condominium.
Cozy, comfortable, quiet. Very well equipped: includes a fully equipped kitchen (Tassimo available), living room, lounge with Smart TV, internet box with the provision of the wifi code.
A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and an extra single bed for one person.
La Rochelle holds out its arms for beautiful walks in its pedestrian streets and in Arcades. 5 minutes from the Old Port and its towers, you will find bars, brasseries and atypical restaurants. Take advantage of the inter-island cruises to discover the Ile d'Aix and the Ile de Ré. Competition beach near the Mail and its park 10 minutes away.
Discover the Minimes marina (Le Grand Pavois in September).
The bus station allows you to get around by bus and Yelo bikes (package available at the mobility center).
The SNCF train station is a quarter of an hour on foot.
Paying car parks nearby and secure (there are stay packages) and non-paying car parks outside the city served by a shuttle.
For a cultural stay, there are several museums, festivals, (film festival, Francofolies, night of museums .....) visit the Aquarium, La Rochelle at night .....
To complete the comfort of your stay, we provide you with: bed linen, household and bathroom linen (set of bathroom linen which includes a bath towel, hand towel and a glove).

Perfect location in La Rochelle

This apartment is in the heart of the old city, just minutes from the port itself. A grocery store is one block away, open until 10pm, and Fri-Sat there is a huge market just steps away for fresh produce, meats, baked goods and pre-made foods. So quiet at night, and hosts are delightful. Highly recommend!

quiet and cosy stay in La Rochelle

Great long stay in this apartment. We were on a working holiday and needed a quiet base for writing and meetings. This apartment was perfect location with market, restaurants, shops and bakeries just steps away. Furnishings could be updated but we liked feeling like we were visiting grandma's house. Great value for location! Host was wonderful with communication and made us welcome with fresh eggs! Merci!

Nous avons passé plusieurs jours dans l'appartement en plein coeur de la vieille ville. Appartement très confortable et très bien situé. Très silencieux par rapport au secteur ce qui est appréciable. Manque quelque peu de luminosité mais, cela n'enlève rien au charme des vacances étant donné que nous avons passé la majorité de notre temps à nous balader dans les rues de la Rochelle. Contact très facile avec la propriétaire. Logement très propre et literie confortable. Appartement très bien équipé.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et bien rempli à la Rochelle malgré un temps très mitigé. Le logement est parfait et il est très bien situé. Le marché n'est qu'à 1 minute à pied. Les visites et les restaurants ne sont jamais loin. A recommander.

Magnifique Appartement au calme , toutes commodités, chaque détail est pensé... literie excellente, propreté impeccable, très coconning. Localisation parfaite, dans le centre ville de la rochelle. Marché tous les jours a 1mn. A 10mn de la mer a pied. Pleins d'activités intéressantes (pêche,plage, excursions maritimes, activité nautiques, visite de la rochelle et ses alentours, bunker, aquarium.... ile d'Aix fortement recommande).
