Located on the 2nd floor in a busy street in the historic heart, 50 m from the Market, 300 m from the Old Port and 10 min walk from the beach of Concurrence.

Nice little apartment just steps away from the market where you could feast for years and never eat the same thing twice. Apartment was well apportioned and even had sharp knives! It is close to the old port but quieter in the evening which is a plus. Mireille was very good in communicating especially with our language barrier

Great location!

Great location! On the good side : owners were reactive. The location is really amazing. The apparemment is comfortable. Can be either dark (with the wooden panels closed), or very bright and sunny if you prefer to have them open. On the downside : The host makes you pay an extra amount for bed sheets and towels which we found outrageous (if I travel and rent a place to stay, I assume this will be in the price). You have to take down your own trash and there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the appartement. No wifi. Overall we recommend if you are ok with these down sides

Une semaine Ă  la Rochelle pour visiter la ville, l'Ăźle d'Aix et une partie de l'Ăźle de RĂ© en vĂ©lo. C'Ă©tait trĂšs bien. Le logement est plein coeur de ville avec tout Ă  proximitĂ©. Je le conseille pour 2 mais Ă  3 c'est un peu petit. Attention cependant en Ă©tĂ© , il y a beaucoup de bruit dans la rue quand on a les fenĂȘtres ouvertes. et en Ă©tĂ© on est obligĂ©s de les laisser ouvertes...Du vis Ă  vis avec les fenĂȘtres en face, peut ĂȘtre mettre des brise vues.

TrĂšs bel appartement et propre. Il se situe vraiment pas loin du vieux port et l’aquarium est Ă  12 minutes Ă  pied, franchement nous Ă©tions trĂšs bien placĂ©s Nous reviendrons Ă  La Rochelle mais autour car c’est une galĂšre pour se garer l’étĂ©, la ville favorise les piĂ©tons et vĂ©los (se qui ne me dĂ©range pas du tout) nous avions dĂ» dĂ©charger la voiture sur le trottoir puis tout mettre dans le hall de l’immeuble pour ensuite les monter au 2Ăšme Ă©tage, avec un enfant de 4 ans pas Ă©vident heureusement nous avions notre grande fille de 15 ans qui surveiller sa sƓur 😉 À part se petit dĂ©sagrĂ©ment qui n’est en rien votre faute tout Ă©tait parfait đŸ€© Olga a Ă©tĂ© tres sympa avec nous, encore merci â˜ș

Le logement est idĂ©alement situĂ© au centre ville de La Rochelle, avec commerces et port Ă  proximitĂ©. Il correspond en tous points Ă  l'annonce de la propriĂ©taire, prĂ©venante et disponible si questions. La chambre est cependant un peu exiguĂ« si un lit bĂ©bĂ© doit y ĂȘtre placĂ©, comme ce fut le cas pour nous (l'Ă©tagĂšre du bas Ă  droite de l'entrĂ©e de la chambre Ă©tait de trop). Cela ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de profiter de notre sĂ©jour d'une semaine!

Quartier historique, commerçant, à 1 pas d un fabuleux marché et 2 pas du port. Le stationnement inquiétait mais finalement avons trouvé facilement dans les rues proches. Parfait pour un week-end sans wifi
