Savoir -vivre

Das Apartment ist sehr ruhig und zentral gelegen. Das Auto kann mit einem ca. 15minütigen Fußweg kostenfrei abgestellt werden, mit etwas Glück auch auf einigen Parkplätzen in 5min Entfernung. Zwischendurch Kritik: Bei Ankunft war die Nespresso Maschine ungereinigt und schimmelig. Die WLAN Verbindung ist nicht durchgehend stabil zum Arbeiten, konnte aber mit einem gekauften LAN Kabel zur Fritzbox im Wohnzimmer verbessert werden. Als Allergiker sehe ich immer unter dem Bett nach und musste hier ersteinmal Staub wischen. Die Wohnung liegt in idealer Nähe zur Markthalle, kleinen Geschäften, Bäckern, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Die Bettmatratze ist sehr bequem und es waren für 3 Wochen Aufenthalt ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Die Altstadt ist sehr reizend und die Menschen freundlich und entgegenkommend, auch wenn man nicht französisch spricht. Sich aber -wie überall in der Fremde- um einige Standards bemüht. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und man kann vom Hafen Bootstouren unternehmen -auch mit einem Segelboot. Alles in allem ein erholsam, schöner Aufenthalt, mit dem Genuss von Meeresfrüchten, soviel das Herz begehrt und der Magen verträgt.

Exakt wie auf den Bildern, sehr schnelle und zuverlässige Kommunikation, sehr zentral gelegen mit zahlreichen Geschäften, Bars, Feinkostläden und der tollen Markthalle fußläufig in 3min, Stadtstrand in 15-20min. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit allem hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Un excellent séjour

L'appartement est superbe et extrêmement bien situé dans le magnifique centre historique de La Rochelle. A deux pas du marché central si attractif mais tout à fait au calme même quand les festivités des Francofolies battent leur plein. Quinze jours sont passés très, trop vite grâce à la qualité de cette location qui a répondu parfaitement à mes attentes.

Bel appartement situé au centre, près du marché central

Bel appartement très calme et très proche du marché central de La Rochelle. Bien que situé au milieu de la ville, l'endroit est très calme car l'appartement se trouve dans un ancien complexe monastique et a été rénové de façon très moderne. L'appartement est entièrement meublé et ont a essayé de penser à tout en termes d'équipement.. La propriétaire, Anne-Sophie Dumas, est très sympathique et il était possible de poser beaucoup de questions à l'avance par téléphone (en français) ou par e-mail (par exemple, où et comment se garer, ce qui n'est pas un sujet sans importance en haute saison à La Rochelle). L'échange de la clé n'a pas été compliqué, ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. Nous réserverions cet appartement à nouveau à tout moment et nous reviendrons certainement à La Rochelle, qui est devenue l'un de nos endroits préférés en France.

Appartement en cœur de ville

L’appartement est bien situé, on peut circuler à pied. On a pu stationner aux alentours malgré la période. Les équipements, notamment le lave-linge, sont appréciables. Le seul point négatif est une salle de bain un peu humide.

Excellent sejour

Appartement idéalement situé dans le centre ville de la Rochelle, à 5 min à pied du marché. En contre partie, le stationnement peut s’avérer compliqué. Nous avons tout de même réussi à trouver, tous les soirs, une place dans les rues avoisinantes. L’appartement est très calme et il y a une très bonne literie. Parfait pour 2 personnes. Nous recommandons cette location.

Rencontre avec l océan

Bien situé cet appartement dispose de un atout majeur sa proximité au port. l inconvénient c est le manque de stationnement pratique lors du déchargement et inversement des bagages. Toutefois nous sommes heureux de cette location et l indiquerons à nos amis

L'appartement est idéalement situé, marché, vieux port, toutes commodités. En pleine canicule nous étions au frais dans ces vieux murs. Tout y est, vraiment très fonctionnel. Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire, très sympathique.

L'appartement est très joli et fonctionnel, de plus il est situé dans une zone très calme loin des restaurants touristiques. Tout autour du marché (à 5 ' à pied), crêperies, traiteurs, etc etc. La ville peut facilement être visitée à pied depuis l'appartement. En résumé, très bon séjour.

Chouette séjour à La Rochelle

C'est un très joli appartement dans une résidence très calme et rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. On est à 3 minutes à pied d'un quartier très sympa (beaucoup de restaurants & boutiques). Le centre ville et le vieux port sont proches à pied. Anne Sophie a été très accueillante. Nous avons passé un chouette séjour à La Rochelle.

Parfait pour visiter la ville

Appartement très joli, très propre et superbement équipé. Nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit mais il semble tout à fait approprié pour des séjours plus longs. Le canapé lit du salon est très confortable. Anne Sophie est accueillante et disponible. Elle vous donnera plein d'informations sur le quartier et la ville. Bien que situé dans le centre ville, l'appartement est très calme. Attention juste à ne pas prendre de trop grosses valises car il y des escaliers pour accéder à au logement. De même se garer dans le quartier peut être difficile.
