Furnished rental of 55 m2 for 4 people maximum (2 bedrooms and bed in the living room) in the district of Genette near the parks and the beach of the Competition in an old house recently rehabilitated with a small terrace. Nice view, south exposure.

Shops nearby (bakery, butcher, grocery, supermarket ...).

Near the Casino. Old port and the city center 15 minutes.

Easy parking in front of the rental.

Possibility of loan of 2 adult bikes and a child seat (attached garage for bikes and trash in common with the neighboring rental).

Many activities for children nearby (parks with playground, beach, zoo, bouncy castle, mini-golf, bumper cars).

4 jours à la Rochelle 💙💦

C'était un très beau lieu, il y avait tout à côté ; l'océan 🌊, les restaurants🍽, le port neuf🚤,etc.. Des musées à visiter ! La maison était très jolie, le jardin , plein de détails très intelligents 👌. Je recomande fortement👍 O. 10 ans

Fijne uitvalbasis om La Rochelle te bezoeken

De locatie van het huisje is op loop/fietsafstand van het bruisende centrum. De auto kan gratis voor de deur geparkeerd worden. Er is een garage waarvan gebruikt mag worden gemaakt voor eventueel de fietsen te stallen. Wij waren er alleen, 3 dagen hebben we ook vrienden op bezoek gehad. Dan is het fijn dat er 2 badkamers zijn. Ook zijn de slaapgedeelten dan gescheiden van elkaar. Het is een authentiek huisje, in een gewone woonwijk. Wifi is matig (ook vanwege de dikke muren). De beloofde vaatwasser is niet aanwezig. Een radio zou ook wel een aanwinst zijn. Verder staan er veel privé-spullen in één slaapkamer (geeft een rommelige indruk)

Maison tranquille agréable et propre ... Propriétaire trés gentils , trés à l écoute...à 20mn à pied du vieux port et 15 mn à pied de la plage la plus proche. Je la recommande.

Maison de famille idéalement située

Maison très agréable et spacieuse pour 4 ou 6 personnes . Idéalement située permettant de tout faire à pied . proche du centre ville et de la plage de la concurrence . Maia la propriétaire est très accueillante , souple et disponible .Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ou il fait bon vivre dans cette maison de ville pleine de charme avec son jardinet au calme et en face de l'église . Je recommande et n'hesiterais pas à revenir ..

Sympathique maison bien située

Merci à Maia et David pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. La maison se situe dans un quartier calme proche du centre et de la plage. Commerces dans la rue dont une boulangerie juste en face (idéal pour le petit déj !). Île de Ré accessible facilement à vélo.
