Our family was very happy with the rental. It was spacious and clean and offered multiple amenities. The kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools. It was located within 10 minutes of Hersheypark and the downtown area. We had everything we needed within a 5 mile radius.

This was the worst experience we have ever had, and it destroyed a super fun surprise for my kids. This owner canceled our reservation 24 hours before we were set to arrive. The management company was absolutely terrible at helping us figure out a solution. If you are looking forward to this stay, then save yourself the headaches and pick a different place!

We're truly sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellation. We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially with a family trip and surprise for your kids planned. While cancellations are extremely rare, this situation was due to circumstances beyond our control. We regret that we couldn't provide the experience you were expecting and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely wish you and your family the very best on your future travels.
