There is an incredibly spacious balcony, with plenty of outdoor seating and a gas BBQ grill for your personal use. This condo is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo. Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability.

The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. We provide pool and beach towels and foldable chairs specifically for your use within the condo area. completely free of charge, ensuring that you have everything you need right in your condo. With over 1650 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. There are two Master Bedrooms, each with a King Bed and a full private bath on each level of the property. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge. Spacious living and dining area and access to a large ocean-view balcony. Large smart TVs in the family room, and both bedrooms. Cable TV, high-speed WiFi, phone, and A/C. Both bedrooms are very spacious. Inside washer/dryer for your use. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and features all cooking utensils and supplies perfect for the chef in your group. The house is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!! *For larger groups, we manage unit 301 next door and can accommodate large groups of 11-12 guests!
