The breakfast buffet is available for an additional cost, while other hotel amenities such as towels, the Tropicana pool, lounge chairs, and the gym are reserved for hotel guests.

Inside, the master suite includes a king bed and private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two full-size beds with its own bathroom, plus there is an additional half bath for guests, with granite counters throughout. The open living and dining areas are furnished with modern, high-end pieces and feature signed original artwork in the living area and hallways. Super convenient to all things food, beach, and retail in Tamarindo but still a peaceful pool and patio area. We loved the ground floor access to drop our surf board rentals. Howler monkeys, an iguana and a raccoon were on the property but the best part was the patio cat! The rental staff communicated quickly and the place was stocked with essentials like soaps, detergent, trash bags etc. Great hosts!

The host was excellent all keys and information was ready on arrival. Matapalo 104 is a great location to beach across the street, all restaurants within walking distance 1-2 blocks, grounds and unit were pristine. We would definetely stay at the same location again. This was are 8th trip to Tamarindo and by far the best accomondations and location to all restaurants and shopping.

Great property. The condo is spacious and decorated charmingly. The welcome basket of fruit and other goodies was a surprise. There were many useful items in the kitchen. I was thankful to see some plastic containers and ziplock baggies. The unit also included a small cooler along with beach chairs and an umbrella.Loved the ground floor for easy coming and going. It truly was a home away from home. The large pool area is amazing. Kattia was our concierge contact and she was fabulous. Helped us with anything we needed and arranged transportation for us. The complex seemed very safe and the security all around was very friendly. I would most definitely stay here again.
