Easy Living!! Less than two blocks to the beach!!

Easy Living is a beachy newly renovated condo with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, nestled between the intercoastal water and the magnificent Clearwater beach! Located only a few hundred steps to the beach (less then two blocks), with a keypad entrance so no keys are required!

The condo complex is quiet and located across the street from McKay Park. Yet walking distance to the beach and much more. The park has a nice playground, perfect for kids, a large grass field, perfect for playing catch and a Bocce ball court. We provide a full set of Bocce balls! The Condo is less than two blocks from the beautiful sandy Clearwater Beach! It is also a short walk to heart of Clearwater Beach which includes many restaurants, bars, the marina, Pier 60 and lots of shops! The marina offers dinner cruises, pirate ship voyages, dolphin tours, boat or jetski rentals and more.

The condo is located on the first floor and equipped with all your needs to make your stay as easy as possible, hence the name 'Easy Living"! The condo is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, Roku TVs in both bedrooms and living room, all essential cookware, spices, toiletries, volleyball, bocce balls and much more. The condo has two bedrooms, each have a queen size bed and one bedroom has an additional day bed that can be turned into a twin sized bed (perfect for kids). In addition, the condo is equipped with a queen sized air mattress that could fit one or two people on it in the living room and a pack and play! On the premises is a shared laundry room for only the complex guests to use. There is also a private shed that contains all your beach essentials (Beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, floats and more)!!

Amazing location and quaint condo

The condo was very cleaned and charming. The location is great, a few feet away from the beach and the tourist area. We liked the it was in a quieter area, yet a walking distance from the restaurants and shops. Mike and Alex were quick to reply and provide service.

Great location, smallish space

This unit is 1-1/2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from public tennis/pickleball courts and public pool. The pictures are very accurate. The space is clean and pretty well- equipped. Parking on-site is easy. The unit is small, with minimal furnishings as shown in the pictures. It can get dark in there during the day with no outdoor space. These are small issues, and we enjoyed our stay here alot!

Everything great but there was a faulty thermostat.

Either the thermostat was faulty, or it was so high tech that you would near IT person to trouble shoot why the thermostat reset to a higher temperature in the middle of the night. In the middle of the night, is hardly the time to figure out why the temperature of the thermostat was reset to a higher temperature. My solution is to replace the thermostat with a simple one. If it is hot you can lower the temperature, and if it is cold your can raise the temperature. Later to find out that the property owner can manipulate the thermostat remotely?!!! Why was I not told that initially? The owner owes me the cost of two nights in that cute sweat-box. Yes, it was very well decorated and convenient to the beach. The potential was there for a beautiful vacation. I even sent an early review of the place. I was initially marveled. Let me know. Steve J. Mescher mntclmbr1@yahoo.com

Great Location!

We stayed with our 2 year old and had a great time. The unit is decorated super cute and was the perfect size for us. The location is great too - literally across the street from a park, less than 2 blocks to the beach, and just a few blocks to the main street/restaurant area. We walked everywhere. There is also a lot of great extras for kids/beach too that the hosts provide - a pack n play, beach bags, beach towels, and a storage shed of beach items including a wagon, umbrella, chairs, and beach toys which is awesome. The owners were very nice and responsive and helpful. The first night we couldn't get the tv to work and I felt so bad asking them for help on a Friday night - but they were so responsive and helpful. They had to call the internet company for a hard reset of the internet a couple of times and helped get it working for us which we appreciated. We had a great time and recommend staying here!

Our space is the perfect to come back to and relax after soaking up the sun. Our kitchens are well stocked to make cooking easy. We also provide Local organic coffee and tea for the perfect start to a slow morning!

In all our units, we provide beach towels, a beach umbrellas, beach chairs, a cooler, a beach bag, Bach toys, a sand brush, qtips, blow dryer, spices and oils, pots and pans, toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, an organic all purpose spray, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, towels, washcloths, blender, coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar and so much more!
