We rent a charming house of 120m² on a plot of 800m² in a quiet residential area, in the shade of pine trees 500m from the beach.
The lively center of Moulleau is a 10-minute walk away.

- Friendly living room with fireplace, 3 sofas, flat screen tv, desk, Wifi.
- Closed kitchen with dining area.
- 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 90 hotel quality (to be brought together to transform into a 180 bed).
- Bathroom with bath, basin and bidet - Separate toilet - Shower room with shower, sink, bidet.
- Annex bedroom, independent / semi buried with water point, without WC, without shower, 2 beds
- Cellar / laundry room with washing machine, dryer, fridge / freezer, shower and WC ideal for returning from the beach.
- Large garden
- Large terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy summer evenings.
- BBQ.

- Possibility to return the car in the garden

PARFAIT

Maison charmante, bien située et dans laquelle on se sent bien. Les draps et les serviettes sont propres, les lits très grands et bonne literie. Une jardin parfait pour profiter du soleil et manger sous les arbres entre amis. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et y reviendrons. Merci beaucoup

Très agréable maison au pyla

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Claire. La maison est très bien située, tant au niveau des commerces de proximité qu'au niveau de la plage. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir très prochainement.
