With friends, family, time for a weekend or vacation, you will find rest and peace.

The mini villa "Pendruc" can accommodate up to 6 people; she is composed :
- a large living room with fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster); living room with sofa bed, pellet stove, TV
- a master bedroom with bed 160, closet, TV
- a 2nd bedroom with 160 bed, dresser
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC suspended.
The rental has a large exotic wooden terrace with sitting area, dining area, ornamental pond with pebbles, deck chairs, plancha.
The rental is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Cleaning is optional at a price of 70 euros (weekly only).

Ruhige Unterkunft ganz nah am Meer

Schöne, ruhige Doppelhaushälfte / Bungalow in einer beschaulichen Siedlung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön und modern. Wunderbare Strände und Wanderwege sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Kleine Städte (Nevez, Pont Aven) mit schönen Märkten sind in der Nähe.

Tolles Haus und abwechslungsreiche Umgebung

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Die Beschreibung passt zu 100 % und die Strände sind der Hammer... außerdem viele lohnenswerte Ziele für Ausflüge und Sightseeing.

Schöne Doppelhaushälfte

Moderne Villa (Doppelhaushälfte) in Strandnähe. Concarneau ist gut erreichbar. Gut ausgestattet, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt sehr gut. Die direkten Nachbarn sind teilweise gut hörbar - gerade wenn dort Kinder dabei sind. Zum Teil stört Nachts die Lüftung. Nervig fanden wir die Müllthematik - es gibt keine Mülltonnen am Haus. Die vollen Mülltuten müssen mit dem Auto auf öffentliche Mülleimer verteilt werden - deshalb nur 4 Sterne gesamt.
