Come and enjoy an idyllic setting throughout the year to spend a dream vacation!
We are pleased to welcome you to Anse des Rochers.

The Domaine is located near the Pointe des Châteaux, the most visited place in Guadeloupe. Our location allows you to travel all over the island and even take the boat to visit the nearby islands (the Saintes-Marie Galante- La Désirade.)

On site, many activities are offered:

The beach and the gigantic infinity pool (the largest in Guadeloupe) are less than 3 minutes on foot for a small swim or a small sunbathing.

In the park you can practice your sports skills: jogging - mini-golf - tennis - bowling alley

And you can eat on the beach, in the restaurant "Ti-Coco" to taste the local specialities.

The studio can accommodate a couple and a baby.

From the balcony, a nice sea view in the middle of the magnificent 8 hectares coconut farm. That will charm you!
We put everything in place for you to spend unforgettable holidays
The apartment is very functional:
The kitchen is equipped (electric plates- microwave - Oven -toaster-refrigerator- freezer- washing machine)
The room is comfortable with a king size bed (x160 cm - new bedding), a sofa bed, large screen TV, air conditioning
The bathroom and its large walk-in shower
The linen is provided.
And if you come with baby, we have the necessary for him too (bed with mosquito net- high chair - dishes...)
Upon your arrival, the holidays will begin with a small aperitif offered to taste on the terrace.
We also offer you the first breakfast.

We can help you prepare your stay. We offer attractive rates for car rental and discounted rates for excursions and walks.

In order to ensure the health and safety of our hosts, since the onset of the COVID-19 coronavirus and in relation to the health situation, we have implemented (in addition to the usual preparation) exceptional disinfection measures. Cleaning is now mandatory (40€).

Very nice accomodation, kitchen was well equipped. Location is awesome. Lone problem was that the water is not always running in the evening.

Superbe Séjour

Le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description: dans un état impeccable (pour ainsi dire à l'état neuf), avec tout le confort nécessaire, idéal pour un couple avec bébé mais convient aux couples avec un enfant de tout âge n'ayant pas de problème avec la promiscuité (la Guadeloupe est trop belle que pour rester enfermé). La piscine est incroyablement grande et magnifique en bord de mer. Les contacts avec Antoinette et Éric, mais également avec Laurence qui nous a accueilli sur place, ont été parfaits, chaleureux et clairs. Les coupures d'eau un jour sur deux (qui sont un désagrément inévitable car impactant toute l'île à divers moments) ne nous ont absolument pas dérangé étant donné qu'elles sont annoncées et ont eu lieu entre 20h et 6h... Un tout petit peu d'organisation et elles passent inaperçus! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement!

Wir haben eine Woche als Familie in diesem wunderschönen Apartment verbracht. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Antoinette und Eric war von Anfang an hervorragend und wir erhielten viele Informationen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Laurence und Thierry empfangen, so dass wir uns gleich sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Wir würden Coco Caraïbes jederzeit wieder buchen. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil chaleureux et les petites attentions. Vous êtes des hôtes formidables.

Excellent séjour en pleine grève

Un séjour très agréable malgré les évènements en Guadeloupe (du 7 au 28 novembre). La résidence sécurisée, l'appartement en bord de plage et la piscine de 1200 m² ouverte jusqu'à 22h y ont grandement contribué. Les propriétaires sont charmants et d'une gentillesse sans pareil. Très fonctionnel, l'appartement est superbement bien placé (moins de 3 minutes à pied de la plage et 5 minutes de la piscine). Saint-François est un point de départ pour visiter Petite terre, Marie Galante et les Saintes, ce qui nous a permis de bouger malgré le couvre-feu. Si nous revenons en Guadeloupe, ce sera dans ce logement.

Vos vacances furent quelque peu perturbées par les événements mais nous sommes contents que vous gardiez un merveilleux souvenir de votre séjour. C'est la preuve qu'à CocoCaraïbes, l'environnement (parc - piscine - mer - proximité des îles...) permet de passer des vacances de rêve où on oublie tout!!! Revenez nous voir quand vous voudrez! Séjour parfait!

Nous avons été accueillis par Ingrid, qui nous a donné toutes les indications utiles. L'appartement a une très belle vue tranquille sur la magnifique cocoteraie. Il est ensoleillé, bien équipé et agréable. Nous avions un peu peur qu'à cette période de vacances scolaires, le site soit bondé : pas du tout! Nous avons toujours eu des transats à la piscine et la plage était presque déserte. C'est bien agréable de pouvoir ainsi profiter d'une immense piscine et d'une plage "privée". Bref, nous recommandons sanas hésiter un séjour chez Eric et Antoinette, et nous y reviendrons!
