Maison agréable dans les palmiers

Nous avons été ravis de trouver la maison de Michel ! Les environs sont calmes et bénéficient d’une belle vue dégagée sur le ciel et les palmiers. La terrasse et le coin piscine sont très agréables pour se poser et prendre les repas avec le bruit de la mer au loin. De très belles plages sont aussi assez proches en voiture. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées ce qui permet de dormir au frais et bénéficient de nombreux rangements. Les volets électriques permettent de bien isoler de la lumière du jour. Merci aussi à William qui nous a très bien accueillis et dirigés jusqu'à la maison ! Si je devais suggérer quelques améliorations : la qualité de la literie pourrait être améliorée (surtout les oreillers) et la largeur des lits (140cm) est un peu petite pour 2 personnes. Aussi il n’y avait pas de condiments ni les basiques d’entretien (réserve de papier toilette, savon, liquide vaisselle) à notre arrivée, mais cela peut se régler sans problème pour les prochains j’en suis sure :) Allez-y ! PS : il y a 2 chats dans la maison, attention aux allergiques :)

logement très agréable et bien situé

La maison est très agréable à vivre, vaste et ouverte sur l'extérieur sans vis à vis. Le jardin tropical est magnifique. Sous réserve d'avoir une voiture, l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter. On peut aussi faire de beaux joggings et rejoindre la plage du bois jolan à pied par un chemin à travers champs et troupeaux. Très calme et accueil très chaleureux et efficace

Très bon séjour au Helleux/Ste Anne

Très bon emplacement de la villa à proximité des plages de St François et de Ste Anne. L’accueil des propriétaires était vraiment de qualité. La villa est très agreable et bien agencée avec différents espaces (nuit, séjour, terrasse carbet, etc..). Nous avons apprécié la réserve d’eau de pluie qui nous a permis d’avoir de l’eau pendant les coupures (2 coupures sur Ste Anne pendant nos 10 jours sur place). La piscine est très agréable au milieu d’un beau jardin arboré de palmiers et de cocotiers (entretenue 2 fois par semaine). Le bbq est essentiel pour apprécier les poissons grillés achetés au port de Ste Anne. Tout était presque parfait. S’il fallait suggérer quelques améliorations: la literie est correcte mais pourrait être améliorée, un panneau fléché à l’entrée sur la rue faciliterait la première fois (pas évident de « monter » le trottoir pour atteindre la rampe qui mène au portail automatique), un peu de sel et de poivre et quelques bases (huile, vinaigre) aurait été apprécié pour les 1ères 24h. Vous l’aurez compris, peu de choses à redire sur cette location en Guadeloupe. Si c’etait à refaire, je signe tout de suite! Pour info, nous étions 8 personnes : 3 couples + 1 Ado + 1 bb de 23 mois. On a tous A-DO-RE le séjour.
