Charming house on the town of Perros-Guirec, 1 km from downtown and its shops, 1km from the port and restaurants and 2km from the beautiful beach of Trestraou. This house consists of a large bedroom, with queen size bed 200x160, upstairs. On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large fridge freezer, oven, microwave ....), a large living room with sofa bed for one person, a bathroom with shower. Outside a small garden flowers to enjoy the Breton sun.
