Come visit gorgeous Sunset Beach!!
Recently refurnished and painted 3 bedroom/2 bath unit in Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay Golf Club. New furniture and beach decor that will help you feel like you are at home!
Enjoy your morning coffee on our back porch which is fully screened-in with ceiling fan. The porch also has a pond view overlooking the golf course. The front entry has a large pond, fountain and great sunset view.
Large open great room with vaulted ceiling, dining area, full size and fully-equipped kitchen with pantry.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and private full bathroom. There is a sliding door to the screen porch.
The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds, TV's, dressers and ample closet space.
The full size kitchen is completely equipped for all your meal preparation needs. The dining area has seating for six at the table. The great room has generous comfortable seating with sleeper sofa, love seat, and numerous chairs. Ceiling fans throughout, TV/blu-ray player in the great room as well!
Full size washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, coffee pot, microwave, etc.

The villa is a second floor (top floor) end unit with extra windows for an airy and bright living space. Gorgeous views from front-to-back that make you "feel good!".

The swimming pool/hot tub is a very, very short walk and can be seen from the unit windows. There are two pools/hot tubs, tennis courts, and charcoal grills (community shared--bring your own charcoal!).

Perfect for golfers, rest &relaxation, and family getaways!

Best Home away from Home Vacay

The condo was perfect! The kids had the front of the condo & I had the master suite on the other end. Kitchen had every thing we needed and more. The towels were luxurious, just like at a posh spa! Unit is well maintained, clean, open & had a peaceful feel to it. The hosts are very communicative & gracious. I would love to go back and stay longer!

Sunset beach vacation

Sandpiper Bay is a nice community. Condo is in great location right near the pool. The condo unit itself was spacious for our family. Great view on patio got to see some gators swimming by. Would have been nice if unit was more stocked with paper products (toilet paper,paper towels etc) The rug could use some attention but other than that i would recommend staying here. Great value and close enough to beach and calabash restaurants.

Everything was perfect

It was very easy to communicate with the owner. We are happy to have visited Sunset Beach. The beach is very beautiful. The beds are comfortable. We felt right at home.

Positives: Very nice area, easy access to the beach, enjoyable pools. Condo is in a very quiet neighborhood. Tim was very responsive when we were having issues with the dishwasher and garbage disposal. Would recommend more instructions for the main tv.

The condo is well equipped with everything you would need. The location is great and we enjoyed ourselves. I will agree with some reviews saying the condo could use some updates.
