About this property

We welcome you to our little slice of heaven and we hope you will enjoy our home away from home in Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay. Our 1300sq foot, second-floor condo is full of coastal colors and accents and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The condo has 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 2 full baths, and will sleep 6.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, private bath, and access to the screened-in balcony with breathtaking views of the water and golf course. The other two bedrooms contain queen beds. All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV and cable.

The main living area boasts an open concept with vaulted ceilings, a large picture window that looks out on the water/golf course, and access to the screened-in balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including a dishwasher and has everything you need to dine in the comfort of our condo. The living area includes a NEW SMART TV with access to local cable TV and all streaming services are available with your login information, and we have plenty of board games to entertain guests of all ages. The private screened-in balcony is complete with a loveseat and chairs overlooking the water and golf course.

For your convenience, bed linens and bath towels are included with your rental. Wireless internet is also included. And, of course, we have a full-size washer/dryer.

Local amenities include two swimming pools (opens April 1), an outdoor hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, and an outdoor grill. For fishing enthusiasts, you can cast your line in the pond behind the condo or one of the other two ponds in the complex. Sunset Village is surrounded by Sandpiper Bay, a Dan Maples-designed, award-winning 27-hole golf course. There are over 30 public golf courses within 20 miles!

We are a hop, skip & jump to Sunset Beach which has miles of white sand beach and includes handicap access. Sunset Beach and the surrounding areas have great dining with amazingly fresh seafood. If you are looking for some night life, outlet shopping or attractions, Myrtle Beach is less than 35 miles away.

Very nice, well maintained Condo.

Condo is very nice, well maintained and nicely appointed. Great Main TV, fast Internet Wi-Fi. The view out the back is a golf course fairway and a narrow canal. The Condo is quiet, even with the other properties occupied. Convenient to golf, beaches and shopping. I have had the privilege of staying on the property several times and it has always been a pleasure. Thanks.

Awesome Sunset Beach Getaway

This place was awesome!!! Very spacious place. The bedrooms were roomy and had large beds. The open kitchen and family room area was very nice. A very pleasant, screened in porch to enjoy watching the golfers during the day or being serenaded by the frogs at night. Cleanliness was top notch. We highly recommend this place!!! My wife and I were born and raised in NJ and are currently raising our own family there. We are beach lovers and spent many summers down at the Jersey Shore. After visiting our Aunt & Uncle who bought a place in Sunset Beach, we instantly fell in love. It offered everything we loved about a beach community - miles of white sand, fishing, surfing, friendly local businesses and, of course, southern charm.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condo in 2014 when we realized our growing family needed more room than our previous 2-BR condo could afford. The prior owner was a wonderful family who showed the unit a lot of TLC. Everything in the condo has been upgraded and everything from the TVs to the beds to the furniture are brand new. We furnished this unit with nothing but the best because we use it ourselves and after years of renting we know what we like (and what we didn't). We would love to share our home away from home with you.

What makes this property unique

The view from the back porch will relax you immediately; enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise or evening cocktail while watching it set while taking in the lazy river. The porch ceiling fans offers a cool breeze on a warm night.
