All bedroom air conditioning units are operational. During your stay, no issue was reported to us regarding the air conditioning or electricity in any bedroom. If we had been informed, our team would have responded immediately to assist, including checking the remote controls or settings if needed. Regarding the kitchen facilities, the villa is primarily designed as a luxury holiday rental with staffed hospitality service rather than a fully equipped self-catering property. However, we always appreciate suggestions and will review your comments carefully. Concerning the catering package, the €4,500 included daily breakfasts and dinners for 13 guests throughout the week, with a full service including starters, main courses, desserts, preparation, and on-site service staff. We always aim to provide the best possible experience and value every guest’s comments, as they help us continue improving our service.
