In a very pleasant environment, calm and safe we rent beautiful studio, modern, furnished (16 m2) with pretty garden for the summer holidays 2019 (August).

Rental: 250 euros per week, 35 Euros per night (minimum rental 3 nights), charges included (water, electricity, heating, internet).

Studio completely independent (in villa) on the ground floor, with bedroom (1 sofa bed, 2 closets, 1 bookcase, 1 dresser, 1 desk, 1 coffee table), kitchenette (with fridge, 2 plates, 1 microwave, 1 sink) and bathroom (integrated shower, washbasin, wc) all furnished. The studio has quilt, cushions and a complete set of crockery and cooking utensils.
Bright and quiet the studio is arranged in 3 separate atmospheres, has a terrace and a garden of 20 m2 with private entrance, overlooking a small square (free parking).
Line 22 Montpellier-Jacou (stop Pigeonniers 100 m from the studio) serves the town of Clapiers.

Clapiers is located north-east of Montpellier (20 minutes from the city center), 10 minutes from the Agropolis district (CIRAD, IRD, IRC, IAM, CNRS) and universities (Sciences, Lettres), 25 minutes from the beaches (Carnon , Palavas, La Grande Motte). Clapiers is a small quiet town, friendly, has all the services (town hall, pharmacy, doctors, bakery, supermarket 5 minutes.), Media library, sports clubs (tennis, basketball, football), public swimming pool.

Montpellier is a university town with a very important cultural life.
