Welcome to Villa Mayamar in the exclusive gated community of Playacar Phase 2 in sunny Playa del Carmen. Your private, split level 3 bedroom villa sleeps up to 8 adults. The top floor offers a master suite with a king bed, an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a private terrace overlooking the garden and community pool. Additionally, the first guest suite provides 2 double beds and an en suite bathroom.

On the ground floor resides the second guest bedroom with a queen bed, private terrace and garden and pool views. The kitchen with a laundry room as well as the living and dining areas complete the ground floor. All rooms have air conditioning as well as wireless internet.

Just off the living room, you can find your private terrace with a dining area and gas barbecue where you can also enjoy the adjacent community garden and pool.

If you enjoy golf, the Hard Rock course is only 1 mile away in Playacar. And if you like hiking and swimming, there are cenotes (underground swimming holes) in Playa del Carmen, only a 3 mile drive away.

You can bike or walk around the inner circle of Playacar, covering 4 miles (6.4 km). The beach resides less than 1 mile away, as does 5th Avenue, the 2-mile long pedestrian boulevard with a myriad of dining and shopping options.

To get to your condo, we offer airport transportation service at an extra cost from the Cancun Airport, which is only a 45-minute drive away. Our concierge will meet and greet you at the condo and can offer you services from grocery shopping to babysitting, tour bookings, restaurant reservations and more.

- For all the rentals we require security deposit.
- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit.
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.
- First and Last month.
- Pet Fee $100 USD (non refundable)
