Welcome to the "Awa 107" Condominium at the AWA Playacar Residences in Playacar Phase 2. Your elegant and well-equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium can accommodate up to 5 guests and is perfect for sunny vacations or family gatherings. The master suite offers a king-size bed, while the first guest suite provides 2 single beds with high-definition TV and a bathroom.



The condominium has wireless internet and its kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a sofa bed for an additional person and a smart TV. Right next to the living room is your private patio with pool access.



This condominium is only a short 5-minute drive to the beach and Fifth Avenue, a pedestrian walkway where you will find many shopping and dining options. Additionally, this unit is a 40-minute ferry ride to the island of Cozumel.



MONTHLY PRICES:

- Long-term rentals pay for electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a refundable community fee of 1,000 USD within 7 business days.

AWA Playacar est un ensemble résidentiel de luxe absolument incroyable 😍 La beauté du lieu, l'emplacement privilégié dans une zone sécurisée de Playa Del Carmen, la piscine incroyable avec 2 espaces Jacuzzi chauffées à 38 degrés, la salle de sport, les jeux pour enfants, la vue du rooftop.. bref, un endroit magnifique pour des vacances sur la Riviera Maya. L'appartement F107 est bien équipé et très fonctionnel, les 2 chambres sont grandes et confortables. Les 2 salles de bains et la terrasse sans vis à vis sont très appréciables. Le service de conciergerie est également très bien, avec un ménage par semaine et un changement d'eau potable sur demande. Bref, on reviendra 😎
