Apartment is near the Republic Square There are many parks shops and restaurants
This sunny and Modern apartment overlooks Sakharov Square. It has a beautiful open balcony which looks to the main street. Republic square - the most majestic square in the region is a 2 minute walk away. It is on the 3rd floor of a prestigious Soviet pink stone building.
There is a large supermarket directly next to the building and there are taxis standing ready for the go. The appartment was very clean and has everything for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is modern and conveniently located in the heart of Yerevan. Fully-equipped kitchen, cool deco, lots of closet space --it was all good! Works well for a couple or single traveller. As in all my apartments, it has high speed secured WiFi connection (up to 8 devices) , A/C, washing machine, constant hot /cold water, refridgerator.
The flat is In the very Center of Yerevan, by Republic Square . Everything is close by .
